Had the WORST experience at Walgreens on 365 last night! My 5yo dsughter started crying at 7:45pm last night bc her ear was hurting, so urgent care sent our rx to CVS (who was about to close) so I requested walgreens to issue a transfer. I then went back & forth between CVS & Walgreens, taking an hour to get it transferred but it wasn't Walgreens fault so I stayed patient and calm, and even left the store to go get dinner while we waited. Upon them receiving the transfer, walgreens tells me it will be ANOTHER HOUR for them to get it filled, even if I wait. Now mind you, it's 10:30pm at this point, my 5yo is tired, crying, and in pain, so I tell them I'm going to go home and get her another dose of tylenol and try to get her to bed and I'll come back for the antibiotic in an hour. I pull back into the drive through to pick up the prescription an hour later, there has been a shift change, and all of the sudden, the pharmacist on duty, Sinin Allahalih, that just came on can't find her prescription. Again. IT HAD NOT EVEN BEEN TYPED!! She tells me it's going to be another 30 mins to fill the prescription. I tell her I know it's not going to take that long to fill this type of prescription, and I will wait in the drive thru while she gets it done. She informs me I will need to move out of the drive thru and come inside to wait, and I tell her, politely, no ma'am, I will not be. I've already been inside the store multiple times, there is literally nobody else in the drive through, and there's a second lane that is completely wide open in case anybody else needs to pull in, but I will be politely waiting while she gets the rx filled.
The pharmacist kept arguing with me about the (empty) drive thru and about all the steps it takes to fill a prescription, and how it WILL take 30 mins to fill. Naturally at this point, I'm exhausted and frustrated and have a 5-year-old at the house needing her antibiotics.
So I finally break down and say, look, I know exactly what goes into filling a prescription bc I've worked in pharmacies & been a tech for over 20 yrs. So please just go get my daughter's prescription ready because this whole situation is completely unacceptable. She then not only CONTINUES to argue with me about the drive thru situation, but then starts sarcastically asking me if I would like to come and put in an application or come fill the prescription myself since I think I can do her job so much better than her. I over and over again tried to tell her, I was not telling her how to do her job, I'm just simply stating the fact that I've already been waiting over 2 hours for this prescription and it hasn't even been typed. It's not my fault. It's theirs. And unfortunately, even though she wasn't on duty when this situation started, she is now the face of the company and she is responsible for making it right. Mind you, I never cussed, never called her a name, never yelled or screamed. All I wanted to do was sit in the empty drive thru. I'll admit after going back & forth with her rude sarcasm, I gave her the middle finger (not a good choice on my part, I'm aware, but I was so upset & literally crying at this point & it was a knee-jerk reaction to one of her rude & callous remarks), so she refused to fill my DAUGHTER'S prescription. So I had to drive all the way to college street in Beaumont (not a great area for a woman to be at alone on a Friday night at midnight) to get a simple liquid antibiotic for my 5yo, who was at home in pain and been needing her medicine for over 3 hrs now. I have never in all my dealing with pharmacies, both professionally and personally, had a pharmacist act so completely unprofessional, callous, uncaring, and unsympathetic as Ms. Sinin Allahalih at Walgreens on 365. She has no business working in a community pharmacy setting with such a blantant lack of respect for patient care. Hope she felt good about herself after that egregious power trip display. Absolutely unacceptable & despicable behavior. Do better. đĄ

Read moreLetâs just say I left Port Neches Walgreens in tears. They told me port Arthur had my child prescription and I called them and was told that Port Neches had her scriptâŚ. Only to find out one script was not available and the other one was discontinued so I had to call my childâs dr to get him to send another script to replace the one that was not available. Bottom line I was lied to, had to get the manager involved, and then was told the other one that was not available would be at the port Arthur location⌠only for me to call the port Arthur store while heading that way and be told that port Neches location needed to call them and authorize them to give it to me. I whipped my car around went back to Port Neches got one script that the Dr. had to replace since it was discontinued⌠while I was waiting had a complete mental breakdown and started bawling my eyes out⌠drove to Port Arthur location and FINALLY got my child antibiotic after an hour and half. It shouldnât be that hard⌠but more importantly you shouldnât have to lie to avoid the awkwardness of disappointing a customer⌠grow up! We live in a world where most would much rather hear the truth than get ran in circles. Then they wanted to not take accountability for ANYTHING. It was disgusting, the management must feel like they are babysitting mostly children. I will give one credit though, the red head guy was sweet and helped me, thank you. Your kindness was appreciated. Oh and to the older Caucasian blonde lady, your nasty comments about me having a breakdown was...
Read morePlaced an order for business cards, received an email that cards were ready and upon arrival was RUDELY told that the email doesn't mean order is actually ready and that I would have to wait 15 more minutes until the photo person got back to cut them. This rude person said she was the manager and when I asked her for the store manager name she threatened to call the police on me saying she would not argue with me and for me to leave the store. I went to the Groves Walgreens to pick up yet another photo order and talked to the manager and she said that she didn't understand why this rude manager just didn't cut the cards herself because it would only take less than a minute to do so. Nevertheless I will be calling corporate on Monday morning to file an official complaint and talk to the store manager Kenny about this incident. This rude manager needs to be FIRED!! Will never do business at this...
