Greek Gyros 2 — Restaurant in Port Arthur

Wife picked up a Gyro for me. I was excited about their super wonderful fries. Go it home. Opened it up. NOODLES.

What should've been their AWESOME Fitz. I ENDED UP WITH POTATO NOODLES.

Under cooked. Poorly seasoned, disgusting efforts at cutting corners.

I am Shocked! Heart broken. Burnt.

They have my money. The will cease my patronage.

Watch this business as this is a common Port Arthur Practice. A business hires the local youths and Quality & Effort go strait out the wi do to obtain the quick dollar. If they didn't catch it this time, they are NOT attempting to catch it with your order.

Sad to see a business of this caliber working to FAILall, that they've pushed to overcome.

Be warned, Tuscany is their sister business and the reflexion shall not be long inshowing.

Tha Quality is compromised. I'm throwing a container of French fries to the trash. These used to be the best damned fries locally. Now, noodles. Floppy, soggy, limp potato noodles. Zero Quality from a once class act.

Just shameful.

Stopped in and picked up lunch to go. I ordered the Lunch # 1 of Gyro & fries, appetizer pita & tzatziki, and appetizer dolmas & tzatziki. The cashier was friendly and the food was ready quickly. I asked for no onions on the gyro, but it ended up with onions. I didn't realize it until I got back to my office in Beaumont. Luckily, they're the big slices, so it was easy to pick them off. Other than the onions, the gyro was delicious. I almost wish I'd asked for more tomatoes, but I'm glad I didn't. It was packed with warm delicious meat, and I didn't even finish the seasoned fries because the gyro was filling on its own. I was expecting the dolmas to be warm, but they were cold and coated in a sauce (maybe olive oil?). They were still really good. The pita & tzatziki was REALLY good. The pita was nice and warm and the tzatziki was good and cold. Had slices of cucumber topping it, so that was a welcome surprise. Spent about $23 for all that food and I'll have enough leftovers for tomorrow's lunch (maybe even the day after that too), so to me it was...
