Dunkin' — Restaurant in Needham

NEVER go to this dunkin!! i have dunkin almost daily and have never had such a bad experience. apart from taking 5 minutes to be attended to (in an empty store) i asked very clearly for a bacon egg and cheese with no cheese. the sandwich was made with no bacon, which is fine mistakes happen to i ask if i can have it redone. with a very rude attitude the worker reluctantly takes it back, and instead of making a new sandwich adds a slice of cold slice of cheese. i return for a third time saying how i want no cheese and still attended to with a bad attitude, and he throws the cold slice of cheese out, still leaving the one melted all over the sandwich, and will not remake it. no manager to talk to, frustrating experience with very...

I finally stopped in at this location as it is right next to my doctors office. This is a very popular area and there were only two people to help the all the patrons waiting for orders. That made things a bit slower to receive my app order but, these young people were busy and didn't have time to poop, [lucky for us breathing customers]. [lol] The place itself was very clean and eye appealing. The lady that made my order did a fantastic job with my Hand Crafted Signature Latte. They have 2 speeds, slow and stop. Today I asked for a medium iced coffee and got a large. Maybe if the staff there understood English they would get the order right and not lose money for the owner.

They still have 2 speeds slow and stop a year later. Nobody speaks English that works there.
