I’ve been eating at this location via drive thru very frequently for months, it’s so close to my job it’s convenient. Today I order a sandwich I always get, nothing special, I just ask for no tomatoes. It felt super light, so I open the sandwich and there is no meat. It’s supposed to have roast beef and bacon in it. Oops. People make mistakes, so I go back and enter the building. I showed the cashier and he was as surprised as I was. He turned to ask the girls making sandwiches if they could remake mine, and one complained that there’s people that have been waiting for 10 minutes for their food.
That’s when I went from “everything is fine no worries” to “wow, they messed up my order and they’re putting the blame on me for coming in to get a replacement!?” I don’t like being a Karen so I ask for a refund if it’s a problem, but the cashier said he’d hop on and make it. I got the food and left… and they didn’t put bacon on it.
How hard is it to pay attention, especially when someone already came back to have the mistake fixed? Awful customer service, the place is going downhill fast, the food has been getting worse the last two months. Maybe it’s employee turnover, but I’m not going to go back. I’m done. There are three employees I used to see fairly often that did a great job, I don’t know if they left, but they were awesome.
At least the cashier made the effort to try today, but I’m over it. If I’m paying $12 for a sandwich, don’t rip me off and have a crap attitude...

On a personal note, I guess Subway spoiled me. Very little customization available, but for what they give, a good taste. Not overloaded with meat (sparse in fact), and a very basic sub. I don't know if I will return, but the place has definitely improved. For anyone looking for a sub sandwich, its a decent alternative to other places.
Original review: Ordered 2 different sandwiches to go, did try to customize them a bit, but alas they were pretty much just lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, and meat. My wife did not even get the bacon on hers. The sub bread was hard, not stale per se. Didn't get any of the toppings we requested, nor did the cashier read back the order.
Once I removed the tomatoes (which I asked for none), it was ok. Nothing over the top, not something I can see trying at a later time once they get their act together.
The staff wasn't knowledgeable, 2-3 people had to provide information because no single person could answer. Parking was a nightmare for my truck, there were only a few cars, but I imagine that getting stuck is a possibility. The smell inside, actually did smell good, but seating was very limited. Thus it was...
Read moreI’ve never really had a poor experience here until the most recent time. My food is always of good quality but I’m a little disappointed about the wait time I just experienced. I ordered on the app ahead of time and usually am able to pick up my food, get back to work and enjoy my lunch break. Well when I got to the drive thru, there wasn’t anyone ahead of me and I was told to look at the menu for a moment and they’ll get back to me. I waited about 5 minutes and then I was able to tell them that I just have a mobile order. I then waited 20 minutes in the actual drive thru at the window. The parking lot was empty, and even if there were copious amounts of online orders, you’d think I wouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes additional to the 5 at the speaker, then also factoring in the time it took for me to arrive after placing my order. All of that would have been fine but I was also given attitude from the worker as if my order was an inconvenience to them. I just feel like with that recent experience, I’m okay without...
