Purchased a microwave there about a year ago for about $450 with one year warranty within a few months the microwave no longer work now this month the warranty expired and the microwave is broke again. So we called over there to see if there was any flexibility with the warranty the manager said that he could send somebody out to pick up the microwave and it would be a $68 trip charge we asked if we could bring it to them instead he declined. So we confirm that the warranty was going to be covering it or not he said that yes it would but they still needed to diagnose the issue so we agreed to have a guy come out with then received a total of eight phone calls between the manager and the driver trying to figure out where we were when we gave him our address he ended up 6 miles away in the wrong area not even the right street or anywhere near it. I asked if I could speak to him because when we spoke earlier we were under the impression that he was going to have the want to company cover it . When he got on the phone he immediately told me it’s a $68 trip charge I was like I’m not disputing the trip charge with you I just wanted to make sure that we were gonna have the warranty cover it like we discussed he didn’t said no the one he’s not covering it it’ll cost about $500 to fix . Originally we said if the warranty was not covering it there was no point to have the driver come out there because we could just get a new microwave or put that money towards the part which after finding out what it is we’ve researched online and found the part for $70 so they’re trying to charge us $300-400 just to change the part which takes a few minutes . Then the manager proceeded to argue about the trip charge even though I did not even mention the trip charge to him whatsoever and I said I pay the driver cash I requested an invoice or a receipt he told me he would send one to me later on in the week but I had to pay cash I refused this is a business and we need to have receipts for tax purposes so I told him I could cut him a check then he made me make the check out to his drivers name not the business name we went to a restaurant supply store not craigslist it was extremely unprofessional we have five restaurants in town and I’m pretty sure we will no longWe be using...

April 2022 Upon my return that staff is nice, poised and professional. They have it all. Take a personal tour. You will find all your needs and more and as a businessman or restaurant owner probably a treasure or two. It may look mundane on the outside but surprises await you. Be blessed and safe always.

Wow what a gathering of new and used commercial restaurant supplies utensils of every kind and Imagination. This is the place for sure especially for rentals and stocking up of new business kitchen equipment. The outside storage alone is worth ten thousand words as well as Under The Roof items. For me being a former military Vietnam Vet and Navy Seabee cook , Baker and cake decorator it was like a candy factory and it brought back old memories.

This place is huge and more than meets the visible eye when you first enter in.

The staff is warm and wonderful great people.

Be prepared to spend at least a half hour or more just a barely catch a glimpse of what this place has to offer.

I can’t say enough about how great the staff is here. Juan, Leo, and Cynthia are the best! Talk about a fantastic people with integrity. We ran into them trying to find guidance and help and they have completely taken care of us. Leo and Juan are upstanding guys and have so much knowledge and has your absolute best interest in mind. Cynthia is a great, knowledgeable gal who really wants to see the right people succeed. We were put in the hands of a wrong Food Truck builder and I thank God that I stumbled upon AAA to help us.
