I wish I could give them zero stars for the Worst experience at any Arby's or any fast food restaurant I've ever visited. Went in for my favorite sandwich the Gyros. We ordered our usual 2/$6 Gyros and two $1.79 milkshake. I had to order it 3 times because it was obviously a trainee taking the order, I want to explain that I in NO Way blame the trainee. When the bill was rung up it was over $2 more than it should've been so I asked for them to check it out. That's when the manager (who wouldn't give me her name when I asked for it) blamed me for not asking for the "snack" sized milkshake. I explained that I repeated 3 times I wanted the $1.79 size and she said I had to ask for the snack size because the register didn't show price only size! What, they can't tell what size the $1.79 size from their own menu board and serving them all day everyday! How is the customer supposed to know what's on the register when they order. This manager isn't much of a manager and could/should have been apologetic and said she was sorry for the misunderstanding and simply refunded the amount owed, no harm, no foul, but instead kept saying I should have ordered the snack size because they couldn't ring it up by price, unbelievable! I've owned multi million dollar businesses and if my manager argued and blamed the customer she would have been fired or at least demoted. She further escalated the situation when the milkshakes came out small instead of snack size and said to THROW THEM AWAY AND REMAKE THEM SNACK SIZE INSTEAD OF GIVING THEM TO US FOR THE MISTAKE. To add insult to injury she told me she wouldn't mind giving me the small ones if I wasn't rude (by that time I admit I was getting frustrated and rude back, my bad). I taught all my managers and employees one simple phrase to defuse angry customers, "I'm sorry sir but that's not the way we normally do business here, what can I do to make you happy". Read moreI live about 2 blocks away , but rarely come here . Why , very inconsistent . Once I had a coupon for 2 roast beef classics for $5 and I got a large curly fry . The guy working the window wasn't very friendly , but not rude either . I got home my order was right and the food was like it should be . Now , the time before that I had a Birthday Coupon that was sent to my email and I showed the guy at the drive-through for a free small fry and free small shake . I ordered a Double Beef and Cheddar to go with it . I get home and it has about the same amount of meat as the old Junior Value Size and I check my receipt to call the store and realized they charged me for the small fry and small shake . It even had coupon printed on receipt , but no discount . I tried calling the store and the phone rang and rang and no one answered .
I have had good food here before like the Hawaiian Chicken Sandwich was really good, but expensive and they had 3 different ones to choose from . Roast Turkey and Bacon Wrap is good and the Chicken Salad Sandwich with the Pecans was good . I liked the Smokehouse Brisket too .
Unfortunately most Arby's seem to be inconsistent , especially this one . One time sandwich has right amount of meat , other times hardly at all . Curly fries fresh once , next time taste like old grease . Most employees seem to have don't care attitude , almost rude . Just not a good fast food...

When I arrived it was 3:15p.m on a Thursday, a new employee was working the counter, which is fine because I had time. The lady behind him was another story entirely. Her name tag said manager, she had glasses and a terrible demeanor. I ordered my food, then gave my coupon. She gave me a dirty look and said "You should've given me this first." HOW RUDE!!!!! EXCUSE ME I DO NOT WORK HERE. IF YOU WANT PEOPLE TO EAT IN THAT ESTABLISHMENT YOU NEED TO ESTABLISH RESPECT! ITS NOBODY'S FAULT BUT HER OWN THAT SHE WORKS THERE. BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE!..
I looked at my receipt and I WAS OVERCHARGED EVEN THOUGH I HAD THE COUPON!!! UNBELIEVABLE! !
My food then arrived and THE ORDER WAS ABSOLUTELY WRONG!! WHEN I ASKED FOR WHAT I ORIGINALLY ORDERED, I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR THE CHEESE!! SIGH
I just took my incorrect order and ate it sadly. I understand arguing with somebody who OBVIOUSLY wants to yell at somebody for anything is a lost cause. I figured coming here and PREVENTING somebody from an unpleasant eating experience would be more to my liking. GO EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!! RUN!!!
P.s. the employees were fine and nice. The management CLEARLY HATES HERSELF...
