Drinks fine (from a tap so I'd hope so), service good and friendly, but my god what awful wings. I spent the entire rest of the day regretting both the money and calories.

Freezer burn taste, consistency of cardboard, ate like they'd been left out overnight and fried in day-old oil. Hands down some of the absolute worst wings I've ever eaten in my life. Virtually inedible to be honest, I only choked them down because I'd paid so much for them. Nobody at our table finished theirs and the whole way home we talked about how bad they were. Zero respect for a paying customer in that regard and as a result I would never go back.

Shame because the rest of the experience was fine and it's unfair to judge it in its entirety from one element, but come on that was an embarrassment, people don't leave their house to eat clearly old, frozen, cardboard-battered wings.

If I wasn't with other people and didn't want to cause a whole thing about it I would have asked for my money back. Made BWW seem edible.

UPDATE: immediately after the initial review, I was contacted personally by the chain's CEO, who seemed very sincere, and I was quite amazed the CEO himself would take the time and display that level of sincerity. He then promised to send me vouchers for another experience to give them another shot. I agreed.

That was over a month ago and in the end he sent and did nothing.

Myself, father in law, boyfriend, and grandma came here for lunch today 10/18/24 at 11:30am. We ordered our food by 11:45. 2 jr bully burgers, a scewer trio, and a French dip. I can understand being busy and taking a little longer for service however, this was not the case today. Finally received our food at 12:35 most of which was cooked properly and was all there except the French dip came with cheese after asking not to have cheese and NO DIP. We asked 3 times for the dip for the sandwich and never got it. Waited until 1pm and finally gave up when my father in law decided his sandwich was then too cold to eat and still never received the dipping sauce. The waitress and a major attitude problem and basically ignored ever request and gave us attitude when asked to remove the sandwich from the bill. It’s called a French dip for a reason after all.

The older ladies sitting behind us also ordered burgers, one sent her burger back because it was undercooked. They had to wait 30 minutes before the got their burger back. I’m pretty observant and with order poor service I was watching to see if others were having similar issues.

Don’t get me wrong the food that we received was good but I’ve never seen such poor service at a dining place in my life.

Today's experience was unacceptable. First, our hostess seated us and took our drink order. She was very polite and prompt. Her knowledge on the drink pricing and drinks themselves needed improvement. The drinks were way too strong, and had no flavor. It just tasted of straight liquor. Our waitress never showed so the hostess then took our food order. We ordered a full basket of wings, which was $14.99, and a basket of fries were another $2.99. The food came out almost immediately, and the quality was despicable. The wings were overcooked, over breaded, and very dry. They couldn't even bother to pour our sauce over the wings. For that price, each wing should be of generous size and they should be of actual chicken and not just fried breading. We got just one celery and carrot stick. That was mostly disappointing for my partner who loves the celery after hot wings. The fries were cooked perfectly but had absolutely no flavor. Not even salt or pepper. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. The only reason I am even giving 2 stars is because of our hostess, otherwise...
