Honestly might give this 2.5 stars, especially when considering all the other options in the Reno area. The food is averagely tasty, but the service was horrendous. The whole experience was disorganized and the servers didn’t seem to care much. We ordered the crispy tofu, egg rolls, and curry puffs as appetizers. The tofu was so bland, not a single speck of salt or seasoning and the dipping sauce for it was just as lackluster. The egg rolls and curry puffs were okay, but nothing extraordinary. We ordered two sodas and a coffee drink but never got them until the very end of the meal when we inquired about them for the second time after initially ordering them. We had several people wait on us and the communication between them must have been very poor. When we finally got our two sodas (still no coffee) the meal was over and we were boxing up our leftovers. The sodas were completely flat, like REALLY flat. The lady was nice enough to immediately bring us two unopened cans after that but our meal was finished. They charged us for the ice coffee and when we pointed out that we never got it, they did bring us two to go. They were tasty enough and I appreciated the gesture but it would have been nice to enjoy our drinks with our meal. Our entrees: Beef Pad Thai - flavorful but noodles quite over cooked Yellow Curry with tofu- fairly tasty, but not fantastic by any means, especially compared to other yellow curries I’ve had in town. Also the portion was quite smaller than expected Pad Se Ew with tofu - delicious, my favorite dish we were served there! Especially good as leftovers Pumpkin Curry with chicken - tasty enough but again rather mediocre Overall if you have the chance to go elsewhere, I would recommend it. Hopefully if you do try it, you will get luckier with the service. Not sure which of their items are really winners but the dishes seemed very hit or miss.

I've ordered food from here five times. The first three times (Oct '21, Jan '22, Mar '22) were great. The last two times were awful. I wish I knew what changed. Tonight was the second time this year we experienced disappointing food quality. We ordered two Street Noodle (Pad See Ew) dishes (all we've ever ordered) and both were so spicy that they were inedible. Neither of us were able to finish our food because it was just too hot. Normally, we *love* spicy food; the spicier the better. We normally order 4 or 5 out of 5 at other places and enjoy it. I can't emphasize enough: we're no strangers to spice. In March of this year, we ordered this same dish with 4/5 level of spice and that time it was way too hot. We figured it was an anomaly. So tonight we ordered spice level 3/5, just to be safe, and even that was absurdly spicy. Both times we ordered from here this year, it felt like they just added capsaicin extract to our dishes. And second, despite persevering through the spice, tonight's food just lacked flavor. The noodles were all stuck together and not mixed well, and many had virtually no seasoning on them (see the bare white noodles in the attached photo). We love spicy Thai food, which is why we were excited about a place so close to us, but unfortunately after two big misses this year we won't be back.

I had asked for a spicy plate. The waiter told me, "on a Scale of 1 - 5 how spicy?" I told her I want 5. She told me, "I don't think you can handle 5, because 5 is really spicy." I told her, Give me 5. But she didn't. She gave me 3 and it wasn't spicy at all, not one bit. I had to ask for a side of peppers and even those peppers weren't even spicy too. The food is good. Not just spicy like most Thai places that I have been to. I also didn't like the sauce for the Spring Roll, it was sweet and sour sauce that was used for egg rolls. Eating it with Spring Rolls made it taste nasty. The customer service is great.

Wow, where to start with the awful experience at this place. I could tell you about the absolute lack of service, like how the dirty plates were never cleared from our table or waters never refilled. I could even go into the fact that our food all came out at different times, to where the first person was done eating by the time the last person got their food (only 3 of us, btw, not a huge table or anything). The second biggest issue, though, was that they were out of half the food (at 6 on a Friday). I didn't get any rice, because they were out. They were out of mangos, and custard. But the biggest thing was our terrible, terrible waiter. Now I'm not a Karen, we were not rude at all, just asking about our food at times. This waiter told us, by the end of the meal and endless issues, that he could "tell you have a spiel for me, but I don't have time for that", or my absolute favorite, "maybe you should just come on a weekday if you don't want issues." (When I pointed out Friday is a weekday, he said Friday's don't count). So, apparently this place doesn't want your business on the weekends if you want to dine in, as us and the two other tables in the place were getting lower priority then the take out orders. I get Fridays can be busy, and the actual food was pretty good, but I cannot remember ever having a waiter imply it was my fault my experience was awful for coming to eat in the dining room early on a Friday. ALSO PSA: The ice cream their website says is made using coconut milk (entire reason my dietary restricted sister wanted to come here for her birthday) is made using regular dairy, and has been since covid. Luckily we thought to ask before...

We went here last night for date night and it was our 1st time here. We waited behind a lady who was picking up her order when the waitress asked if we were picking up or eating in, we said eating in and she said for us to seat ourselves; which we did. We waited about 5 minutes before she came over and filled the water glasses, gave us our menus, and asked us what we wanted to drink (mind you there were 3 tables with customers who were already eating so it wasn't like it was super busy). After about 10 minutes she came back and took our order and we only saw her again when our food was ready, I'd say it was a good 20-30 minutes. We ordered the teriyaki salmon (which was good but I wish the sauce wasn't watered down) and the tangerine chicken (I assumed it was like orange chicken and boy was I wrong) the red glaze was like the red candy apple mix. It was SO sticky and once it cooled you had to pry it from the plate and then have fun getting it off your teeth. We ordered the combo fried rice which I thought was the best part of the meal. The waitress next appeared when we were done and to give me the to go boxes for me to put the food in and to give us the bill. My husband was nicer than me when it came to the tip, I said no more than $5 (she didn't even deserve that) but he was nice and gave her $7 off of a $45 bill. Next time we might just...
