Worst fat food experience I have ever had. Ordered mobile walk-in. Inside closed, knocked and knocked to be ignored by a short blonde lady for 5 min. Then rudely gestured to go through the drive thru. Wel on foot that doesn't work now, does it. I finally had to use my cell and call the restaurant to get anyone to do more than give me a dirty look at the door. When calling, I was immediately cut off by the same lady.... she yelled at me that I didn't need to be rude. And to give her my name and wait by the door, she would bring it out shortly........ So I stood and waited. Then it began raining.... I stood waiting at the door some more. After approximately 10 more minutes or so, I began to no longer want to eat here. Between the extremely poor service and the aggressive behavior of the employee, truthfully, I was concerned she would somehow do something unsanitary to my order. I looked in through the glass door and knocked once more, to only be ignored. I proceeded to call again, this time informing her I would, at this point, prefer a refund and I would not be waiting in the rain any longer. She abruptly interrupts. She claims she had been waiting to give me my food, but I wasn't waiting near the door. That's haberdashery, as I was within feet the duration of this debauchery. I agsin requested a refund. She then stated she could do no such thing and I could use the app and hang up! Well, she had already marked the order as filled, and the app had it as I received my order. This was Friday at 530pm. Finally, on Monday, I called corporate, where I spoke to a very nice lady who assured me it was not acceptable behavior and would promptly refund my purchase. 2 days later, I received a refund and a few rewards items on the app from the corporate office. All in all, cudos to corporate for handling the situation promptly and professionally. Opposing that was the employee who, in my 34 years of life, displayed the worst service I have experienced in any establishment this far. Tisk, tisk, mam, you should be unemployed for your behavior. Read moreWent to Taco Bell on Pyramid Hwy across from Savemart in Spanish Springs tonight. Placed our order at 7:25pm. At about 7:35pm I asked to speak with the manager. I was informed she was busy by the guy up front. He refused to go back and let her know I wanted to speak with her. After watching several other people get there food some with extra food for the delayed service and some with just getting what they ordered our order finally came up at 7:52pm. That is a 27 minute wait for fast food. I asked again to speak to the manager. She told the gentleman who brought our food up she couldn't talk and to handle it. He informed me he was a shift leader and how could he help. I said I want to speak with the manager. When he told her she said I'd have to wait. I said there was no waiting and she could speak with me then. I started to speak and she interrupted. I told her to let me finish. My question was why was no one told in the dining room for eat in or carry out told of a long wait time and how would this be corrected? Brie (the manager) informed me she could refund me my money. I told her I was not looking for a refund but an explanation as to why no one was told of an extended wait. She said corporate never said they had too and that there were large orders being placed inside and through the drive thru. I said that is ridiculous and that all customers should matter. The rudeness I recieved from the moment we walked in to the moment we left has left such a disgusted taste in my mouth that WE WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!!! Read moreUpdate 10/22/18: Went to get some food from here yesterday 10/21/18 and saw a sign on the door saying sorry we are closed today. If this place constantly has longer than 30 minute drive through times, closed lobby's, and days where they are outright not open then why are you even here. We went to the taco bell on Disc and Pyramid because a family member just had to have taco bell and encountered more issues. you can read my review for them on that stores address. Taco Bell is dying in Reno, save some time in your life and go somewhere else. My family keeps trying because we live so close and every time we get our hopes up the place is a total wreck.
Just went in tonight and found out it was closing early at 7 because they are experiencing management issues. I was one of the last 4 people of the night and it took 15 minutes to get up to the front window and another 4 minutes at the window waiting for my food. To top it off I asked for a steak quesadilla and received a chicken quesadilla instead. I hope the management issue is due to corporate cleaning house at this location because it's the 6th time in a row I have received the wrong food and it's definitely getting worse on the drive thru wait time.
