Best fresh hot pizza in my opinion but read further as I qualify my statement. I recommend only the weekly lunch buffet. Get there before noon for freshest pizza. The cost of high quality dough and cheese has ruined the ability of this potentially great 24/7 pizza place. Lunch Buffet costs $12.50 with drink, tax and tip. Arriving after 12:00 means that without other customers present the pizza is like eating frozen food cooked in a microwave. The pepperoni and some veggies ingredients are stingy now but can be added from the small but adequate salad bar. The very highly priced take out and dine in menu means paying twice as much for good pizza than what is fair. All pasta dishes and sandwiches are relics of the past when portions were larger and quality was more in line with the cost of the meal. This was a great chain 10 years ago but it is on life support with the high cost a customer must pay for cheese, dough, sauce and toppings. I rate this failing franchise much higher than Pizza Hut, Little Caesars, Dominos, Papa Murphys or Pappa John's. They are all failing because the management has gotten greedy with keeping stock prices high to pay share dividends while ignoring the food price and quality that allowed these once great businesses to...
Read moreWe had our daughter 3rd birthday there with about 20 total people. *There was lots of space available for a party *It was so clean and tidy! *Shorty was incredibly accommodating and helpful! Let us use the freezer for ice cream and let us in early to set up for the party. *Answered all questions we had and Shorty and her mom were so friendly and personable. *The staff was very polite and helpful. *Pizza was delicious! Every adult/parent commented on how good the pizza was. The pepperoni was a big hit with the kids. *The party space is right next to the arcade area. Cornhole, arcade games, table shuffleboard, and large connect four game are available. This area was even better than we anticipated and was a huge hit with both kids and adults. There is a machine to get quarters. The candy machine was the biggest hit because even our littlest one at 3 would win a prize every time. *Everyone left with a full tummy and happy kids that were ready to take a nap! *We would absolutely have a birthday party for any of our family members here, regardless of age. We will also be coming back for any regular pizza nights in the future. *Amazing food for a great price with a wonderful staff in a very clean...
Read moreI wanted to update this review as the issues I complained about almost a year ago when I made this review have rectified, and was handled immediately by management. Great job!
Pizza Factory is one of my favorite pizza joints because they use delicious ingredients. While they are unfortunately very expensive, my favorite pie from this restaurant is a custom pizza: Pepperoni, sausage, bacon, and jalapeños.
The reason I gave service a 2 star review is not how they directly serve me, but how they will have the entire restaurant ready shut down prior to closing. They close based on whether they are busy or not. They will choose to refuse to answer the phone if it's within 20 minutes of closing. The staff is young, which is fine, but they are not concerned about doing a really good job for their customers as much as they are about being 98% prepped to clock out the moment they close. When chairs are up on tables 45 minutes prior to their posted closing hours , the ambiance of the restaurant is uninviting. Posted hours of operation at this location are not worth the digital PDF...
