Read moreTonight 2/26 I took my gf and dad here to get dessert. There was no one in line and only 2 people seated at the time of our entrance. While there we looked at the menu and waited to be greeted. For 5 minutes we waited to even be acknowledged. Another large group entered after us and you could see the disgust in both employees eyes. You could see they were not happy about there being people to serve. Still... no acknowledgement of either party. The two employees had both seen that there was a line. I did not get their names but it was a girl with red/purple hair and a guy with gages. The guy proceeded to slam the oven door as if he were angry. The creamer was good, but they only had Splenda, no real sugar.
The lone employee was very friendly and did his best to accommodate, earning this franchise an extra star.
Based.on my impression of our former Cinnaholic, I would definitely recommend them, but my experience with this one, I think I would suggest maybe trying...
