Today I was so excited to finally get over to Today I was so excited to finally get over to Cinnaholic to at 8pm. As i sat in the parking lot I watch the employee rolling up the mats with one glove one. When I can into the store, Tony (as I came to know his name) came to register after removing the one glove. He then proceed to grab the boxes for the cinnamon rolls, I asked him would he please wash his hands since he just finish roll up the rugs in the store. Tony immediately turn the screen around and said you want to ring up your own order. I asked are really acting like because I asked you to wash your hands. He then told me I can leave I saw the other employee, I asked her for the owner's name she proceeded to tell.me we cant get the Cinnaholicbut was disappointed when I arrived at 8pm tonight. At this point I started to record Tony's behavior she apologized and asked Tony what's wrong with you. I called my husband in to finish recording, Tony proceeded to tell me that it was against his 2nd amendment right to record him I advise to take that up with social media. Two other customers walked in, Tony still hasn't washed his hand I advised them what happen the other young tried to help them because she did wash her hand after she cleaned up the store. Going to see the manager in the morning Tony is by far the worst employee I have even seen working in this establishment I will post the video to social media if not resolution is made this...

Tonight 2/26 I took my gf and dad here to get dessert. There was no one in line and only 2 people seated at the time of our entrance. While there we looked at the menu and waited to be greeted. For 5 minutes we waited to even be acknowledged. Another large group entered after us and you could see the disgust in both employees eyes. You could see they were not happy about there being people to serve. Still... no acknowledgement of either party. The two employees had both seen that there was a line. I did not get their names but it was a girl with red/purple hair and a guy with gages. The guy proceeded to slam the oven door as if he were angry. Still no acknowledgement... so my party decided to leave. Upon us exiting I said "thank you for serving us, it was a real pleasure" sarcastically. The girl with red/purple hair finally turned as said "thank you have a good night" Are you kidding me?! After we had walked out I turned back in to see that the big party behind us was getting served!

It's a shame because the product is great. This is the first time with terrible service. It looked like the employees did not enjoy their job and were visibly showing disgust at the sight of customers. Such a bad and...

We were on vacation in Las Vegas and were excited to discover a Cinnaholic franchise. Our local one was closed down due to a lack of business at the chosen location. It was among one of my favorite places!

I ordered a cinnamon roll with banana cream, bananas and pretzels, and a coffee with cream and sugar. My companion ordered the Caramel Apple Pie cinnamon roll.

The flavors were excellent, but... the cinnamon rolls were a bit dry and tough on the bottom, (I'm guessing not fresh), the fruit chunks were rather large, half the size would have been more appropriate and the coffee looked like tea and was rather unpleasant. The creamer was good, but they only had Splenda, no real sugar.

The lone employee was very friendly and did his best to accommodate, earning this franchise an extra star.

Based.on my impression of our former Cinnaholic, I would definitely recommend them, but my experience with this one, I think I would suggest maybe trying...

I went today after seeing an add on Instagram. Since it was my first time, I needed a second to look at the menu and the employee looked annoyed. She was very unwelcoming and didn't greet me or ask if I had questions. When I was ready, I asked a couple of questions and received one word condescending responses. I should have walked out right then but I figured maybe I was misinterpreting something. I went ahead and ordered. She promptly made my order and handed it to me without a word or even a receipt. The cost was $6.65 for 1 cinnamon roll with vanilla icing, cookie dough, and brownie bites. Out of habit I added a tip (after the $6.65), which I shouldn't have since the service was unwelcoming and rushed. The cinnamon roll was pretty good but not worth the bad attitude and price.

I went to visit Cinnaholic on a Monday afternoon for take-out. The restaurant was empty so we had no wait time. The service was great - the lady who took the order was very knowledgeable about toppings, ingredients and she was accommodating and patient. There were 5 people in my party and everyone raved about their food. We had the S”mores and Captain America buns. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because it was just too much sugar and I couldn’t eat the whole thing. Otherwise, I highly recommend enjoying the delicious Cinnamon Rolls at Cinnaholic - they are very good!!
