DD is usually better than other leading coffee chains but this specific location is seriously lacking. I ordered the sugar maple bacon croissant sandwich and two frozen coffees. They had to remake the coffees 3 times, it was supposed to be one with coconut and the other with peppermint mocha, not a difficult order but they just didn't seem to understand the simplicity. I got my sandwiches that consisted of a croissant and under cooked bacon. They were supposed to have bacon, egg and cheddar cheese. When the sandwiches were remade, they had Swiss cheese, under cooked bacon and egg with A LOT of pepper. I didn't know the sandwiches had pepper. They had to remake the sandwiches, which still were so under cooked that I left this location and decided to do a review because I don't want my family, or anyone else to have these problems or to possibly get ill from eating here. This is for the location at 5905 West Sahara Ave. I didn't get to eat or drink and I was so fed up with their lack of attention and efficiency that I didn't bother with a full refund. As it is, when going through drive thru consumers wait an average of 20 minutes to get their order but when greeted at the window with no hello, just "you owe (x amount)," and no repeat of what you ordered it is frustrating. I will no longer frequent this location, at least until new management or training...
Read morestrike 1: they only have plain and strawberry cream cheese. no veggie! my fave! (minimal annoyance)
strike 2: I ordered my coffee with no sugar, repeated it twice, and the gal repeated it back to me. drove up to the window and she says "coffee with milk and sugar?". I tell her that I had asked for no sugar, to which she replies that she now needs to remake my order. (moderate annoyance, especially since it was in the morning on my way to work.)
strike 3: they're still using Styrofoam cups. (maximum disappointment. luckily DD will soon be requiring all of their locations to switch to the paper option. YAY!)
strike 4: as I'm driving away, I sip my coffee and realize that they still didn't give me the right thing. I had ordered French vanilla, which I know well and have been drinking for years. they must have used the wrong syrup, and whatever it was was sickeningly sweet. (just total ugh)
so apparently this location has a difficult time making one cup of coffee correctly. I certainly will not...
Read moreThis has to be the worst Dunkin in the city of Las Vegas. Every time I come here, it’s consistently a long line in the drive-thru and it never moves. I never have anyone friendly. Orders come out wrong to the point if you have a food allergy you can be certain you won’t be safe.
The last time I came I had a young lady. She was incredibly rude when I just asked for hot sauce for my breakfast sandwich.
I only went this morning because my daughter wanted to go back. When I came, there was a long line in the drive-thru so I went inside to pick up my mobile order.
I waited behind somebody at the counter until they were finished, the person behind the counter said that he would be right back and he disappeared into a non-existence. My children and I stood there until I heard my name called out, which was about 10 minutes later.
This will be the last time this location gets my business.
