I ordered a coffee a their kiosk. It did not add the creamer or flavor I wanted. It showed on the screen but did not get on the order. When I went to pick up my coffee I asked what happened they did not know. So I asked them to add the cream and flavor I originally wanted. They very rudely told me I would have to buy another coffee, they can not add what I wanted without an extra charge. Are they really so broke that they can't put some cream and flavor in a coffee? Why do they make it so uncomfortable for them to take your order so you feel like you're bothering them if you don't use the kiosk. I have been a loyal customer of Dunkin for over 5 years, is it really worth the cost of some cream and flavor to loose a customer?
Manger stood there heard the whole thing, watched me throw the untouched cup of coffee in the garbage and never said a word. This should be grounds for immediate dismissal. A manager who will stand there not acknowledge an upset client after watching your staff be rude and refuse to do the right thing should not be a manager of any kind.
If you like your coffee not the way you ordered and want to be treated like you're an inconvenience coming in to get it in the first place then this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI've been a loyal customer at this Dunkinā Donuts, regularly buying coffee and donuts. But after my recent experience, Iāll never return. I was having a bathroom emergency one of those situations where every second counts. I asked the employee if I could use the restroom, and she initially claimed someone was already inside. Then she changed her story, saying I had to buy something first. I told her Iād happily make a purchase after using the restroom, but I couldnāt even think straight in that moment. Instead of showing basic human decency, she stuck to some rigid policy and denied me access.
As a result, I ended up having an accident. It was humiliating, unnecessary, and completely avoidable had she just shown a little compassion. Good customer service means understanding when rules need to be flexible, especially in emergencies. Since Dunkinā clearly doesnāt value its customersā dignity, theyāve lost me for good. I wonāt be returning, and I certainly wonāt be recommending...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIāve been in this location multiple times. I always charge my Tesla at this location. I walk in, Iām acknowledged and greeted, I place my order, I walk to the pick up counter and ask to use the restroom.
EVERY time, as the employee is pulling my service ticket out of the printer, āYou cant use the restroom unless you place an orderā.
Not, āOh is this your order, are you Thomas?ā
āI apologize our policy is you have to place an order to be able to use our restroom, have you placed an order?ā
NO! Itās always with the assumption that the customer is there just for the restroom and itās ALWAYS said without any consideration or proper customer service included.
The first time was a Sunday and I swear the girl was by herself and was personally entertaining a gentlemen in the lobby so I assumed it was distraction. But speak like this every time. Poor training and management.
Having self service kiosks does not preclude you from offering...
