The only reason I’m giving a low rating is because i visited late might on 10/19 and I know i wasn't the most punctual person on timing but i was met with a girl outside working the drive through who looked very annoyed and unhappy, I kindly placed my order and went to the window to use apple pay. Thats when i realized she placed my two drinks in wrong and was overcharged for one of them. I order just a deconstructed rebel and a chocolate milk for my brother, the rebel was placed in without the deconstruction and the chocolate milk as a mocha with coffee instead. I still even tipped because i felt bad for being a bit close to closing on my time of arrival but kind of disappointed by the customer service mostly due to being a prior dutch bros employee I remember customer service being such an important aspect of the job. Im unsure if i upset the worker with my timing or what but I don't think i deserved being overcharged and getting wrong drinks. While at the drive-thru window, my boyfriend was met with unnecessary and unwarranted hostility from a male barista who sarcastically asked, “You got something to say, buddy?” This was then followed by a female barista asking if he had a question, to which he simply responded, “No.”
We were both caught off guard by this interaction, as there was no prior exchange that would justify such behavior. It was unprofessional and created an uncomfortable experience for us as customers.

Read moreCame to this location and waited in line for 10 minutes before they closed. They had 2 cars ahead of us which took 5 minutes for each of them to order their stuff and leave. Once we got to the window it was exactly 10pm, the girl at the window told us, "Sorry we just closed" we asked why they couldn't have said something to us while in line since it was pretty much wasted. She responded, "Well idk, they just wanted me to tell you guys we're closed" Honestly that's unprofessional, I know in the places I have worked, we would have either accommodated or have said something about closing much earlier to the customers.
