L&L Hawaiian Barbecue — Restaurant in Nevada

Grabbed 2 beef plates asked for well done.. the food was decent but this L&L is the worse out of all locations it’s not particularly the food being nasty but it’s def like dollar per plate more then other locations.

These are by far the smallest portions of food I’ve ever gotten so with the extra tax coming here yu also get smaller portions. The big cup of mac salad yu get at all the other locations yu get a small sauce cup that can fit 3 pickles if yu smash em down. Not only that the rice wasn’t a full portion I’ve never been to a location where 2 beef plates costs 32 it normally comes to around 30 with change and the rice isn’t filled or the brim who skimps on WHITE RICE 😑😅🤨!?!? So idk why it costs more and were getting less portions.

I was worried about my food because it’s the first time I’ve been to a location in Vegas and it just simply wasn’t busy…no phones ringing nobody inside eating no Uber pickups was nothing going on the whole order. As I was reading the reviews I seen old food but that wasn’t the case just the review scream portions which were true.

Food was put on the fryer to order like others. The quality of meat seems less then or not as fresh as others. I don’t know which one it is…I’ll bet on less quality meat/cheaper alternatives.

If I can rate negative I will... They messed up most of the time but since I have no choice and this is the only one near to my house so then I still eat here but I guest no more after this. First I order 1 mix BBQ and 2 chicken BBQ as soon as I got home I have 2mix and 1 BBQ and the extra rice I order is not in the bag but I just let it to. 2nd time I oder same thing with extra macaroni I got home the macaroni is not in my bag, and that was long time ago so still I just let it. But tonight I don't know if he is one of the manager or owner but customer service is totally completely sucks!! We got there 45 mins before they close and we are in our mid of eating then the guy said we only have 10mins to close I was what?? That's how to treat your customers? And other than that the same guy close the door 20mins before they close and there still have some customer wants to get in there to get some foods. I don't know if the management knows about it or what. And these place posted the hours but they are already close before the hours that they "suppose" still open. I cant say anything bad about their food but the management or CUSTOMER SERVICE?? Its totally SUCKS!!!!! --that's not how you suppose treat...

I came here two days ago to get the BBQ mix plate it was so good I brought my fiance today to get us a plate. When came to pay I noticed it said 44.56 when I tried to tap and pay I then asked politely why it said 44.56 when one plat come out to 18 and change he became argumentive and stated it didn't say that then it changed to 33.86 which was fine. However he was all frowned up and rude when all I was expressing was at first the amount was different. He would not change his attitude. So I cancelled my order and walked out. he stated, " oh well" as if he didn't care. I will never return unless the woman is at the counter. She is more polite. I don't mind paying for food but all he had to do was keep a kind attitude. Get rid of him at that counter he does not have great customer service at all. I will only come spend money with the woman. Overall they do have great food. But I refuse to give my money with his attitude. He will lose the company money and that's not good. Maybe he was having a bad day but still leave your problems at home don't bring...
