As far as the atmosphere it's about the only nice thing is that the food looks great, and I believe that for other patrons, it was served neatly and nicely. As far as my experience, this will be my first and last time. I paid extra only to receive my food half made and with an attitude. Our "waitress" Lucero was rude and snobby, slamming our order down on an already small table only to then turn around and when asked a question she responded with attitude and condescension like we were in the wrong for even asking in the first place. I work cashier and customer service myself and understand we have bad days, buy it's unacceptable to treat certain customers rudely only to watch her treat others with kindness and respect. Picking and choosing who to treat good and bad is not in the job description, the cashier herself was friendly and even the cooks had an amazing demeanor, that's why I'm singling Lucero out, she was the only one in the entire establishment with an attitude and disrespect. 0 out of 5 just for her. Then we can discuss the food, I paid extra for avocado only to receive one slice at the very back of the sandwich, and for it to be bland and tasteless, the French toast was overloaded with cinnamon and was dry like regular toast, I'm not a chef but I've made enough French toast to know how it should taste. Honestly this location puts a bad name on the rest of the R Burger franchise. So many people recommended I tried it and my first...
Read moreWhat an awesome 1st experience! Its good to finally have a great quality Burger place on the East side of town that exceeds expectations! The burger meat is fresh, NOT frozen like the guys accross the street. Cooked on a flat-top not in a convection Microwave. The pickles, and all the other toppings where crisp and fresh. The dining room was extra clean and comfortable, with booths and tables that can be moved around for the larger parties, and an awsome soda station for your refills! Service, was above and beyond, Andrea who brought us our food on actual plates not card board and Sophia was full of friendly information. Hats off to the BOH, nothing was over or under cooked, it was perfect! I will try the chorizo burrito 🌯 for breakfast with the awesome fresh salsa I saw Sophia making tonight from scratch...
If your concerned with price people....you need to re-evaluate what you would spend at the guys accoss the street, for frozen unhealthy chemically preserved food. Honestly, for my family of three we only spent about $9 dollars more, or $3 dollars more! However, we took Hella left over fries home to reheat in the Air fryer...because, O' YEAH they are using real untreated fries....thx R burger and you will be seeing a lot of us... East side get...
Read moreR Burgers on Nellis is a very welcomed surprise in the Eastside.
I went through the drive-thru after work to get my family some dinner. The service was fairly quick for the large order I placed. I ordered 4 double cheeseburgers, 2 carne asada Fries, chili cheese fries, zucchini fries and a grilled chicken salad. It took about 10 minutes to receive my order. The burgers were what I consider a good California style burger, delicious thousand island dressing that got my bottom bun all soggy and delicious. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. The chili cheese fries have got to be the BEST in all of Las Vegas. The seasoned fries loaded with that delicious chili and tons of melty cheese is the perfect combo. The carne asada fries were a hit with everyone. Perfectly seasoned fries and asada. The zucchini fries in my opinion were a 3 out of 5. They were a little soggy in the middle. The grilled chicken on the salad was perfectly grilled and a very nice portion.
I will definitely be returning to try more of R Burgers delicious menu. Can't...
