Fat Moe's Pizza & Wings — Restaurant in Nevada

We have been ordering from this place for the last 4 years. Have had some hiccups with a few orders here and there but tonight definitely took the cake. Now mind you we are a family of 7, so our orders get into the hundreds at times. We always tip very well and support small businesses. Tonight we ordered a small order of wings, it was late and our only option was through postmates for delivery. I noticed our food was running late and checked the tracker on postmates and noticed somehow the driver was driving around the wrong neighborhood. After not being able to contact postmates directly I figured I would call Fat Moes directly. A female answered the phone sounding irritated, I explained my concern and she said there was nothing she could do and hung up. I then sent an email to postmates, while waiting for a response I figured since I have done a TON of business with them I would call back and see if there was any help from them. This time around a man answered and as soon as my husband begun talking he immediately got aggressive and verbally attacked him. My husband tried to explain that he understands it is through postmates but wanted to see what help they could offer but the man wanted nothing to do with the conversation and became belligerent and said he didn't care about our business. How are you going to post responses to customer reviews complaining about being a struggling small business yet treat your loyal customers with such a poor attitude. Maybe as owners of a business you should learn how to take constructive criticism and grow from it, instead of treating people like you are so much better than their bad review of YOUR mistakes. I will definitely not be ordering from here again and will warn others...

Ordered a chef salad and cheese sticks. Delivery was fast so spending $26 in total was worth it. Once delivered I opened my salad to see what appears to be white American cheese and yellow American cheese wrapped in salami. I noticed immediately the salami had a brown edge around it. I also noticed it seemed to be missing other meat. I contacted the restaurant to share my concerns with the spoiled/rotten meat. The owner immediately became defensive and knew who I was and what order I was calling about within seconds of sharing my concerns. He claims the food left was fine and that the driver tampered with my food causing the discoloration and that chef salads are made with 2 types of cheese and 2 types of salami. I begged him to let me send him pictures but he insisted that my order left his store in perfect condition and the doordash driver did something to my order. He then tried to convince me of such by telling me it's all over Facebook and social media and drivers do that all the time. I am very disappointed in the professionalism the owner had, lack of ownership for the quality of product but mostly saddened by his accusation of inability to accept responsibility by blaming someone who is only trying to assist in increasing his profits. OH let me top it off! Thought I would at least eat my cheese sticks, NOPE! Over cooked and hollow. The ranch was good though!

If he acknowledges this I'm sure it will be the same; driver caused it/I caused it and tampered with the food, it's not the same food that left his restaurant

So my wife and I went to one of our old favorites Fat Moe's Pizza & Wings which is where we would go for a great treat after a long week. We found the ownership had changed and I came in pretty weary as most places like this have been such a let down. On this occasion I was completely wrong. Fat Moe's far surpassed my expectations. So we shared our meal with a few friends that are also chefs in some of the best restaurants in Vegas. I have to say Cassie and Danny the new owners are very inviting and are ready answer all your questions so you have the best understanding of their menu. Ordering was easy and the food came out in a quick manner. The pizza was great, I would have liked it a little more well done as it may have been a little chewy for me, but that's just personal preference. The meatball sandwich was one of the better I have had in Vegas. The meatballs were delicious, perfect amount of sauce and nice cheese pull! Their garlic knots are definitely different which we all loved. They are a fried dough with a crisp outside and a beautifully fluffy tasty center. They are tossed in a garlic oil with Parmesan cheese and a little herb mixture which gives them a pop of flavor. Don't forget to order a side of their house made ranch dressing on the side, my wife loved it and that's not normally het cup of tea. All in all, we will definitely be back soon to try some more of their eclectic menu which has a lot to look forward too. Thank you again Cassy and Dani we will be seeing you very soon!!!!
