REBEL Convenience Store — Local services in Spring Valley

What's the point of rebel rewards app if employees dont know how properly put it in the system ? This location and the one across the street on Tropicana and Jones are clueless. Literally a sign on window and door for red bull sale. Yet cashier tells me otherwise. The other Rebel stores seem to have no issues providing proper sale, just these two stores on Tropicana and Jones , I paid to make a statement and prove a point. I came to the store at 11:40 pm. There is a sign on the door that says “store closed 11:00 to 11:30 for shift change” It’s 11:40 already There is no shift change going on. There is only one person in the store, so the shift change is already over. So I knocked on the door. Great if you don't mind drug dealers, meth heads doing drugs in the parking lot, getting begged for money, and that really awesome guy who yells obscenities at every woman and tried to follow them into the car. And the employees do nothing (actually I'm pretty sure a couple of them are in on the drug deals from what I've seen).
