We loved our stay here! Myself and my 12yr old. We stayed for 3 nights. Unfortunately we didn't make use of the pool or go play mini golf like we initially thought we would. But we enjoyed our room when we were there. We had a 1 room suite with a full kitchen. There was an apartment sized refrigerator, it worked well, no issues with it. There was a stove and oven, microwave, sink and dishwasher. In the kitchen they provided all the essentials, coffee maker, blender, cooking utensils, eating utensils, plates, mugs, cups, bowls, can opener, measuring cup and spoons. We had a stackable washer and dryer in our room and that was great when I actually ended up needing to do laundry. I visit our local Sam's Club Freeosk all the time so I did have samples of items such as Tide Pods and Gain scent beads for the laundry, Finish pods for the dishwasher, but the resort did provide laundry detergent, dish soap and dishwasher powder as well. We had plenty of space in our room. A dining table, pull out sofa bed, armchairs and end tables, coffee table and a working fireplace in the living room. We had our own private patio with a table and chairs for 2. In the bedroom we had a King sized bed and a 2nd TV. My 12yr old discovered that the 2 TVs didn't work the same and could only connect the Nintendo Switch to the TV in the bedroom. And we couldn't seem to watch TV in there either, no cable or something. Which upset our neighbors to hear us watching TV in the living room at 3am. The bathroom was huge! The only disappointing feature was that the Jacuzzi tub we really wanted ended up being glued shut and was unusable. I understand that places are doing this now for sanitary reasons, so it shouldn't be advertised as being a feature of the room. It was actually a deciding factor for booking that room type as my kid has wanted to have a room where they could play in a Jacuzzi tub and this trip presented that opportunity and then failed to deliver. One confusing thing we came across several times was the resorts shuttle services. Several other guests seemed to be just as confused. There's a poster with locations and times. So you see that you want to get to Excalibur and it says 615pm. So you're guessing the shuttle will be arriving at the resort around 615pm. Technically you'd be wrong, you'd miss the Shuttle. You ask staff, they say shuttle comes every hour on the hour. But then, 615pm, here comes the shuttle. The next day, you arrive early for the shuttle since staff said every hour on the hour. 630om, still no shuttle so now you need an Uber! There was tons of construction along the route we were going, but still not sure why it would make the shuttle times be that far off. And the resort staff couldn't tell you if the shuttle had come or not. They don't actually pay attention. The shuttle isn't actually theirs or something so it was time consuming and confusing even when it was convenient.

Here's why I don't recommend Club de Soleil: I want this place to myself ;) This place surpassed my expectations. I don't come to Vegas for the Strip experience, I'm not a gambler or drinker. I was looking for a place to stay that is within my tax bracket and stumbled upon Club de Soleil via Expedia (but booked directly through the resort). The staff is kind, friendly, and super helpful. Our flight was delayed which meant we didn't even check in until 1am. The only bummer was checking in at Club 1 and finding out our room was in Club 2 (I didn't know there were separate buildings) so having to bring luggage back to car and drive down the street wasn't my favorite, as we were so tired and hungry. But that was truly small potatoes and it wasn't the Clubs fault we came in so late. Anyways, I love the amount of amenities including grill, and of course the pool area with cabanas. Even better was that it wasn't busy in the pool area or common areas and I chalk that up to not being on the strip. Also, as someone who was visited by the Autism fairy, a quieter less busy casino-vibe was very much welcomed. For a small fee, we got to have late check out which is so nice given that our flight out isn't until later, and we spent so much time at the shows and seeing the strip, that we needed some time to sit by the pool and soak in that dry Vegas heat! Also, a noteworthy mention: free parking! And a shuttle that brought us to and from the strip for free (again, most of Vegas is not within my budget 😄) They don't have breakfast or even a continental breakfast, so if that's a necessity for your hotel choice, this club may not be for you. However, it was okay with us because we had breakfast wraps from target that we threw in the microwave and also got drive thru at Starbucks. If you're not looking for strip quality breakfast buffets, this Club is great. Anyways, if I'm not doing a cheap Airbnb in the future, Club de Soleil is where I'll for sure come back! Thank you thank you!! Adrienne

Stay literally anywhere else. After reading previous reviews, specifically pertaining to the lack of soundproofing, we gave it a chance thinking it couldn’t be THAT bad. Don’t make the same mistake we did: it really is THAT bad. You may get lucky and not end up with an adjoining room, but it’s not worth chancing it. The adjoining rooms have a door in between them with a 2” gap underneath, so you can hear every word and minor noise from the adjoining room. Even normal conversation level talking is crystal clear, as if they’re in the same room as you. We were doubly unlucky in that we had a group of men in the room beside us who didn’t return to their room until 2am, and stayed up partying and yelling for another hour or so. In total we got a whopping 3hrs of sleep. The only thing we were able to do that even marginally muffled the sound from the adjoining room was blasting the fan on the comically-loud air conditioning unit in our room. Additionally, both the front desk staff and concierge we encountered were rude and largely useless. This property has no redeeming qualities, and based on how long the noise complaint reviews have been going on for, it’s clear that management has zero intent in actually doing anything about it aside from hollow copy and paste responses to negative reviews. Club De Soleil is a motel at best. Spend your money elsewhere, at a property that actually cares about the guest experience and improving their property to the most basic level of acceptable.

First time staying here, which I opted to do despite mixed reviews. Overall, I would recommend it for value at an off Strip location. Experience: I was unable to arrive on the day originally planned. I've learned that calling 3rd party bookers does no good inside 24-hours to check in time, so I called the desk. Pretty fast pick up. Was assured my reservation was intact, a room would be held, no problem. (Many Strip resorts will cancel your entire reservation if you don't check in by midnight on the first day, and will charge you a full night as if you no-showed even if you call.) Lobby was nicer than expected. Check in was quick and pleasant. No room upgrades were available (I always ask) because they were booked. A security staffer was summoned to drive me to my building, which was across the street to the east. (There are 2 enclaves.) That building had a small lobby, also nice, and a staffed desk, as well, which was unexpected. Was directed to my 3rd/top floor room via the elevator just aroubd the corner. Room was a one-bedroom lockoff (that's why some reviews say "adjoining" rooms; Club'd'Soleil is an all-condo timeshare property) - via the nearby elevator. The exterior wrap-around walkway was wide, easy to pull bags along with no trouble. My room was near the far end of my building and overlooked a tennis court that appeared to be in excellent condition (always a good sign when an older property keeps the amenities nice). I noted a convenient exterior staircase just a few away, used it when coming/going via Ubers, which were able to pick up/drop right there very near the bottom of the stairs. Parking lot had plenty of available spaces; had I driven, my car could have been very conveniently parked. Room was fine - not fancy, furniture not updated, but clean and well-kept - and was at 72 degrees. The thermostat worked well throughout. (I bet their a/c struggles in the summer as some reviews note — I suggest keeping the blinds closed the whole time, and cooling down the room at night after sunset.) Kitchenette w/ large stainless steel sink, microwave, small fridge (nice and cold, freezer shelf was actually at freezing temp) + all the basics (coffee maker, dishes, silverware, glasses, mugs, and basic utensils). Bathroom vanity area was adequate, had 3 good-sized drawers in the under-sink cabinet. Tub shower w/ curtain fine, very clean. Good-sized bureau under the wall-mounted TV afforded extra surface for placing items, as did the table w/ 2 chairs in the corner. Bed was comfy. No USB ports in lamps so plan for standard electrical outlets. I was concerned about noise/sleeping after reading reviews, but the couple next door was pretty quiet — I could hear talking when I walked in, and immediately turned on the TV on low volume which took care of it. I plugged in my sound machine on the nightstand at night as insurance against disturbances, and had a quiet stay. Location between the Strip (10 minutes east) and Summerlin (15-20 mins west) was ideal for my needs. For a short 1-night or 2-night trip during which I was busy and off-property most of the time, I preferred the short walk from room to parking lot, and the very quick in/out from/to Tropicana Blvd., to the Orleans or Palms. (Palms is a shadow of its former greatness and their staff is not always on point, but it gets bonus points as an off-Strip option for still having 3 good restaurants and a food court on site, some Strip views, 2 pools (heated in fall/winter), a spa, and a movie theatre). I will stay here again for...

I don’t like to write bad reviews, but I found myself saying on multiple occasions, “As long as nothing else bad happens then I won’t write the review.” And well, the bad things kept happening so here I am.

Check-In was unnecessarily convoluted. Front desk employee Adam at building one could not verify my reservation through Expedia, took my phone several times to review my information (pet peeve of mine; why strangers gotta put their germy hands on my phone?) but could not resolve the issue with my information. Yes, Expedia had charged me already so I was getting anxious I was out a room. After 10 minutes and forwarding my reservation email to two different Club de Soleil emails, we got checked in to room 2002. Which by the way, is in a separate building on a different block still owned by this place of lodging and must be traveled to via car to access.

Adam had a colleague at the front desk who accosted him for giving us room 3001 initially, and she was firm about having him change it since she just assigned that room to a guest. She wavered a bit at Adam’s hesitation, but he ultimately changed my room to 2002. My husband, best friend, and I enter 2002 and like you do, we start finding spots, unpacking a bit, freshening up, and decompressing on the beds and couches. 15 minutes later, a couple ENTERS OUR ROOM with their own access card for the very room we were assigned as they claimed that they were assigned 2002!

Luckily no one was indecent upon the arrival of the strangers, and luckily the strangers seemed normal. However, due to this bizarre error I have never encountered from a place of lodging, we were forced to gather all our things and head back down to front desk where we were assigned room 3001 after all. (Side note: the couple aren’t completely innocent in this mishap as they didn’t like room 3001 and were told they could have 2002 even though we were already in it…but honestly, it felt like classic Boomer behavior because they were making a fuss over IDENTICAL rooms).

The room at this point is besides the point. There are cracked tiles in the bathroom that make me question the structural integrity. And yes, flat screen televisions are advertised but they do not access cable, satellite, streaming…just a blue screen that reads, “No Signal.” Otherwise, a fine room albeit very 1991 in its aesthetics with terrible wifi and cellular service. This place is off the strip in Las Vegas, so naturally we got back to the room after our night out by 4 am. Due to the ungodly hour and ungodly check out time of 10 am, I call to inquire about late check out.

Despite all that happened, when the night shift front desk employee answered to excitedly tell me, “Yes! You are permitted a free late check out as long as it is before 1 pm,” I told my husband and best friend that Club De Soleil had redeemed themselves! However, when I woke the following morning around 9 am, I found my card had been charged $33.90. A mystery charge that was not advertised, but you don’t have to be Nancy Drew to figure out they did in fact charge me for late check out. This was confirmed at check out, which of course had to occur at the second building a block up from where we stayed.

And also, my husband said the lobby...
