Yikes⦠We visited this location on Sunday night; What a mistake that was. When we walked in, we can see that the gentleman at the cashier was having some kind of back-and-forth with the employee. When it was our turn to order, the girl at the register kept laughing awkwardly after letting us know EVERY ingredient that they have run out of.They had no ham, and she had to ask about the availability of other ingredients after every order. She would tell us theyāre out of something and then laugh. She never offered to substitute any of the meat in my wifeās sandwich, so my wife took home and Italian with just pepperoni. While we waited for our order, we waited at our table where a customer accidentally spilled her drinks behind us. One of the employees asked the young lady taking orders to go mop up the mess while he took orders, but she refused and walked off. One of the other gentlemen behind the counter was about to mop it up, but his manager told him to take care of our orders since we had been waiting a while for our order at that point. When I finally picked up my order at the counter, the gentleman said he was going to give us some kind of voucher for a discount or free meal for the inconvenience and for the wait. Most of the staff were VERY rude and they were even saying rude/slick comments that werenāt professional, very hostile. Rolling their eyes. Puffing their breath (irritated because they were messing up my sandwiches). Overall, just very nasty attitudes. They were unorganized. The cashier (Sonny) was very disrespectful & even at a time tried to tell ME how I wanted MY sandwich because they were too lazy to fix their mistakes. The sandwiches were incorrect on both occasions (including a free sandwich for the 1st time they messed up). The customer service made my family and I so uncomfortable that we didnāt even want to eat our food when they finally finished⦠I will NOT be returning to be treated disrespectfully and have my money wasted. I walked in and there are 5 people behind the counter no one in line to order food and I did not even get acknowledged. I stopped to look over the menu right in-front of the 5 people behind the counter all hanging out talking amongst themselves. I figured out what I wanted and stepped up to the cashier to place an order and STILL NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, I waited there in-front of their faces while they counted money in the register, they didnāt ieven make eye contact with me or ask if I was ready. I stood there for a bit and they all seemed too busy to actually take an order. So I just left, I certainly did not want to spend my money in a place that cannot even say WELCOME! No worries though, I went next store to FREDDYās and they know how to treat a customer!!!
