Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Nevada

We were headed in to the airport yesterday stopped here for food. There was 3 guests ahead of us at 9 pm at night with two workers. It took them 20 minutes to make 4 single sandwich orders, the younger guy making the subs was chatting away to each customer, I was getting pretty upset as we had to get going through the tsa yet. For whatever it's worth the sandwich tasted great, establishment was clean, but the service was so slow it was painful which is a bit contrary to Jimmy John's slogan. 07/23/21: I went to Jimmy John’s to get a sandwich before my flight. The whole process took 45 minutes from waiting in line to order and then waiting for my food. I only got a sandwich and chips, since I can’t bring drink through security. Do to the logistics of this location being in an airport, service and prices aren’t the same as a typical Jimmy John’s. My sandwich was good and the bread was super fresh. The only way you will get your food “freaky fast” is if no one ordered ahead of you or when they first open...

I’m an airline employee and regularly visit this spot even though it’s outside of security, because of the staff. They are so sweet and very efficient. The sandwiches are always top-notch and, as a vegetarian, it’s hard to come by a really good vegetarian sandwich in the airport. The staff are always awesome, particularly Justin & Kevin. They have even gone out of their way to call me if they need to modify my online order! I’ve never received that level of service from an airport restaurant, ever!...
