Had a terrible experience at this spot with the male bartender named Edward.

From the start this bartender gave us an attitude when we moved from a table where we had drinks and food where a female served us. He gave us attitude because he thought we wanted to just move spots to watch the laker game at the bar even though we had finished our drinks and sandwiches at the table but he thought we didn’t close out with her. But we did. And the way he brought it up it was so rude.

Order a non alcoholic Heineken and my buddy orders a beer on draft. The other bar tender (male) got me my NA beer while Edward poured my buddies beer. 30 mins later Edward asked if I wanted another Heineken. And I agreed to it. After taking my first sip I noticed right away the taste was different from the other Heineken I ordered. I immediately noticed he served me a regular beer when I ordered a non alcoholic beer.

When letting him know he gave me a regular beer and was firm in his opinion and went to tell me the first beer I had wasn’t a non alcoholic. But I was 100% sure what I was drinking to start was a NA Heineken. He finally looks in the trash and sure enough. He realizes the first beer I had was a non alcoholic beer.

Without saying any kind of apology. He blames the other bartender. What kind of customer service is that? He should have been super apologetic! He just served someone that is sober a beer with alcohol!

And to top it off! When I close out my tab 30 mins later. I am charged for the regular beer instead of 2 non alcoholic beers… I didn’t say anything about it because I didn’t want to communicate with Edward at this point over the terrible experience.

Hope this bartending gets some training on this matter. Or maybe he shouldn’t...

This review was about the service. We had a waitress with long blonde hair and slightly overweight. The restaurant wasn’t overly busy. She acknowledged us but that was it. Kept saying she will be with us shortly. After sitting for 20 minutes we finally had to ask another waitress if she could take our order because we were going to have to board our plane in 30 min. That waitress was extremely helpful. We sat and waited on our food and the dark haired waitress had to bring our order out to the blonde waitress to serve us. The blonde was clearly clueless and shouldn’t be working the job she has especially at an airport where most patrons are pressed on time. Sadly this experience will keep us from dining at that restaurant in the future. I travel a lot on business and connect in LAS frequently. Go to the Mexican restaurant a little further down the terminal. They are fast and the...

Stopping here on way to flight proved a mistake. Their first mistake was thinking I was a tourist (not that this should be condoned if I was). I ordered two screwdrivers. The bill came for $44. Ludicrous. Upon further inspection...I saw that they charged me for "premium" vodka when I didn't specify a type. When I asked about the premium charge I was told they ALWAYS use Titos unless specifically asked for well vodka. Seriously? When I insisted they change it..I was told it would be 10 to 15 minutes for a manager to fix it. (of course hoping that I didn't have the time and would let it go). I said that's ok I have time and like a miracle...someone showed up to fix in 30 seconds. Watch your wallet here. I'm embarrassed to say I've lived in Las Vegas over 2 decades. Please forgive the bottom feeders that...

I had hoped to provide a more positive review, but I must offer my honest assessment. While the establishment presented a promising appearance from the outside, my expectations were not entirely met. The food, as anticipated, was quite expensive for it very small portions. The quality was merely adequate, falling short of my expectations. However, I must commend the excellent service, which was without fault. The atmosphere was also pleasant, with a variety of seating options. Consequently, I may choose to forgo a visit during my next connecting flight.

This place was so welcoming. My waitress was the nicest airport waitress Ive ever had. Her name was Joana. Great service. Much needed nurturing after the long flight I had. Lots of TVs to watch sports. They have burgers and fries. Not the best I’ve ever had but the burger hit the spot. The ranch dressing was really good on side. I ordered my burger all the way with lettuce tomato pickles added mustard. Fries were great. I got a local IPA the beer was huge! 🍺 great prices for airport food too.
