Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Sunrise Manor

After checking my order, it was wrong. I had 3/4 of a soda. The hamburger was made incorrectly. The only thing was correct. Was the ranch for my curly fries the hamburger was so cold. I had to come home and put it in my air fryer to heat up the cheese because the cheese was melted in my air fryer heat up my meat and my cheese wouldn’t give us a zero star. They were rude to me. They close The window on my face when I double check to see if my ham was correct there was no lettuce or tomato onion. It was a triple jumbo jack with cheese, onion rings, and a large combo with curly fries and my hamburgers, cold and live across the street from them, when I check my hamburger, the cheese was not melted. If I could rate lower, I would! I will never understand why the person who is most bothered by customers is somehow nominated to run the drive through and then proceeds to treat every person as though they are bothering them. The attitudes towards customers is so bad, I don't even want to drive the 3 minutes it would take to get back there to pick up the egg roll sauce they forgot to give me. I rather just sit here and dip it in bbq sauce and ruin any future taste I may have for them so I am no longer tempted to return and be treated like I am the reason someone hates their job... But if you're into that sort of thing, by all means... Give them a shot and pick me up some sauce while...

I will like to file a complaint against the Jack in the Box located on East Lake Mead in Las Vegas (store 7241.On July 21 2020 at 10:36 am I was charged 2 times for the same order. The original order they forgot 2 fries. When I told the cashier she forgot 2 fries she rang up the whole order again instead of ringing up 2 extra fries. When I saw on my statement had 2 charges I went back and talked to Karla A (manager). She was no help and said one of the pending charges should fall off. I just looked and both charges cleared.
