Taco Bell — Restaurant in Nevada

it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. From the start, the staff seemed disorganized and unsure of their inventory. We were repeatedly told that certain items were unavailable, only to be informed moments later that they were indeed available. This back-and-forth was frustrating and wasted a lot of time.

The drive-thru service was incredibly slow. Despite waiting for an unusually long time, the order we received was subpar. The portions were severely lacking – the Street Chalupas had the amount of meat that should have been in one chalupa spread between two. When we finally got home and opened our order, we noticed they had forgotten to include napkins and sauces, adding to our frustration.

It's clear that the management at this location needs to step up. The staff requires better training, and there should be a more consistent presence of experienced employees to supervise and assist the newer team members. Overall, it was a very disappointing visit, and I hope improvements...

Very disappointed with the staff . My family walked there to pick up food after the app said that they can pick up in the lobby and when they got there they were told the lobby was closed and since they weren't in a car there was nothing they would do for them! I say this to say that this to me was so disrespectful seeing that there food was paid for and the workers didn't even have an once of empathy even after showing them the app still give the option to come in the store which is clearly out of customers hands! Not only should they have been more understanding they should of at least showed they cared about them walking all the way there ! Luckily a customer saw what they just experinced and allowed them to get in his car and brought them all the way home! He too said that he will be filing complaints from what they experinced and I will be taking this to cooperate as well. There's no way they should of almost suffered because tacos bells app isn't giving the right...

This is one of those don't waste your time reviews. This place is so bad u can't even tell you. First their app is complete trash. It's telling me I can't check out, because something is sold out so I try to call but they won't answer. So I get tired of it because if you go without ordering ahead they park you and if the handicapped spot out front is taken they don't bring it to your car. Then you have to get out and go in. Guess what. Enough is enough. I'll drive extra far and gave Del Taco instead because I'm tired of it. I like Del Taco better actually so I'm over it. You lost me and I won't be coming back.
