Subway — Restaurant in Sunrise Manor

I go to this Subway location because it's down the street from my house. Everytime I go there, whether it's night time or day time, they always have nice and kind staff. When you walk in, it's always a "Hi, welcome to subway. What can I make for you today?". I LOVE Subway, and even more because my nephews work at the one on Russell and Whitney Ranch. It's so healthy and fills those craves. When I went there last night or should I say a few hours ago, this guy who was working there, was one of the nicest guys I ever met. In the food businesses, They always say to get to know the customer, so we talked while he was making me and my family sandwiches. Thank you great staff of Subway, for all your hardwork...

I placed an order, received the wrong sandwich! I called to have them correct their mistake, which is fine I guess now I have to go out of my way and pick up the right one! Once there the person remaking it wasn’t making eye contact, made me feel like I was demanding for something free! I left the full incorrect footlong there!!! These were the most slopped together sandwiches I've ever gotten from ANY Subway..I ordered five sandwiches online and customized them, only ONE was done right, one of the sandwiches was a steak and cheese however there was NO cheese on it (pictured) and two ham and cheese was ordered with little mustard which was NOT little and there was soooo much oil and vinegar that the bread was soggy and gross!!!
