Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Nevada

This place always seems chaotic and the “hot and ready pizza” is never ready. I ordered pizzas here and saw others that came well after I did get their orders before me. ——————- UPDATE: 4-19-2024… I officially will NEVER come back here again! It was literally like an episode of Gordon Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares. I ordered a pizza and some pizza bites online with a promo code for free crazy bread. To my shock they said it would be ready in an hour when I pressed the order button. I kept checking the app to see if it was ready but an hour later it still said it was on the “order received” section of the progress. So I went into the restaurant and to my surprise it was packed full of people and so was the parking lot. One woman told me she was waiting for 2.5 hours when I got there. The staff looked incompetent and didn’t handle the stress well. When a DoorDasher asked the staff why no one was helping at the counter they got really rude and yelled at her to leave or they’d call law enforcement. All of us were stunned by how unprofessional they were being (and it looked like at least 20 people in that small lobby). The DoorDasher recorded a video of their behaviors and left. So after waiting 40 minutes for someone just to come to the counter the same guy who threatened the DoorDasher comes up and everyone was so furious they just wanted a refund. So I waited almost 2 hours just to get a refund 😡🤬 I’m beyond furious and will never return! And MANY in the restaurant echoed...

This is the third time I’ve gone in there and was told it would be a little bit. The first time I was the only one there and they didn’t have enough most best pizzas and it would be just a few minutes while waiting other customers came in and ordered the same pizza and was handed the pizza I was waiting for after about five customers I asked why they were getting what I ordered and that I was there first they finally called my name and no sorry no nothing. Then it happened again. Tonight I went in they were busy I ordered the cashier instantly pulled out three pizzas and charged me for them card was approved and when I started to take them he said I can’t let you have it he pulled out three more and said the same thing I told him know problem that I would wait then I guess the manager said I have to refund your money and then he charged me for two more pizzas I was double charged when I asked where the refund is he said it might take a couple days I feel like your service is horrible and it is wrong to treat customers this way. I called in and order at 7:50 for a thin crust pepperoni pizza light sauce with four ranch Caesar gifts and when I got there to pick up my order I didn't even bother looking inside of they can say they're getting ready to close so I just took my order and I live very far so by the time I got home it was 9:00 and I opened my pizza box and it's a classic Pizza I don't even eat classic Pizza you can look under my name under my actual username I have an account with you guys always get the same thing it's always been crust pepperoni pizza and then when I call to let them know they messed it up they hung up on me twice and then the third time they didn't even answer I understand that it was after 9:00 and there's nothing they can do about it but they could at least hear me out instead of hanging up on me the first time without saying nothing and then the second time telling me that they're closed and then hanging up I'm not very happy I've never had an order messed...
