If this place could score a 0 that’s what my rating would be. Whoever owns this franchise needs to do an overhaul on the entire business! When calling several times no one answers the phone. Then when u walk in, no one says hello or welcome. Tbh there wasn’t even any staff at the counters for quite some time. Three of us walked in at the same time and one couple left because there wasn’t anyone at the counter to take our orders for quite some time. Then when I got to place my order the customer service was horrible. The guy literally looked like he didn’t want to be there at all! So we order, the food comes out but as I’m standing at the counter, I see what looks to be a young male it could have been a girl also it was hard to tell the gender preparing pizzas at the station with an afro ponytail without a hair net and that’s not the best part. This person is not even wearing gloves, grabbing ingredients and spreading them over the pizza. Then I see a mozzarella stick drop onto the dirty prep counter, this person grabs it and puts in onto a pizza he’s preparing. I mean this is disgusting!! So I tell the guy who’s at the register that this is not ok. That is unsanitary and he or she shouldn’t be touching ingredients without gloves. He makes me point out the person physically and then says ok. Doesn’t stop the person from preparing the pizzas, he just nods and begins to take a new order at the register. What kind of owner owns this place? I mean seriously every time we have gone in to this little Caesar’s, you have workers who have almost no professional appearance. They look dirty or disabled without much customer service skills. Is this because the pay there is so horrible that they can’t manage to get quality workers in there? Someone really needs to get into this place and take a look. After this incident we will never go back there and we will be telling anyone we can not to go here either. If people are going to run a business like this, they shouldn’t be open. We are...
Read moreWent there last minute after work to buy a meal for a stressed friend and her family. Attempted to buy several pizzas, bread, wings, and sodas. The employee who took my order started flipping out over the person in front of me. He seemed overwhelmed by using his cash register. I have no idea what happened but the employee became increasingly agitated as he took my order, stated the man messed with his credit card machine and then stormed off like he was going cry without completing my order or asking another employee to help me. I had to flag down another employee to help me. The only positive thing I can say about the second employee is he was able to complete the order sort of. He rushed me thru my order. He was unfriendly and only had a slightly less pissy attitude. I had to wait 10-15 minutes for part of my order. As I sat and waited for my order I watched the two employees with other customers. They weren't any better with other customers than with me. They were just as pissy and unprofessional. They seemed to be more interested in messing around with other employees than helping customers or getting food ready. Also I watched a third employee wipe down the chairs, including seats and legs, and then wipe down the counter where food was. I guess it wasn't unsanitary but seemed kind of weird you would touch dirty chair legs and seats where people sat and then touch a food counter. As I left the store I checked my order and realized it was wrong. I decided I had already spent enough time there so I went to 7-11 to add food to my messed up order. (money that could have gone to Little C's). This visit was totally stressful and unpleasant. The employees were totally unprofessional and had pissy attitudes. I understand these three employees I encountered were young but.....the experience was so unpleasant and difficult that in the future I will buy my...
Read moreMy partner and I bought pizza, Italian cheese bread, and stuffed crazy bread yesterday from this location. The crazy bread in particular was only partially cooked. The cooks in the back either threw the pan into the conveyor belt oven or they left it for an unknown amount of time near the end of the conveyor belt.
The problem is, I'm pregnant right now and I had accidentally eaten a few bites before noticing something was off. I turned the piece of bread upside down to reveal that the underside was completely raw dough. There was a clear distinction between the beige raw dough and the white of the cheese, there was no confusion.
We tried calling the store but they had us on wait for over 15 minutes until we got frustrated and called corporate about this issue. A person we talked to (a very kind and friendly gentleman) told us that this was not the first call he had personally received about a problem with this location. That in itself was a huge yikes. We were told we would either get compensation for it or get a full refund (we have yet to hear back at all about this issue).
In the mean time, I got food poisoning from accidentally eating the raw dough. Please don't make my mistake and check your food thoroughly before consuming it.
(The picture below shows a clear distinction were it is cooked and where it is raw. The darker parts of the crazy bread were cooked the lighter ones shown below were raw.)
Edit: Update - (05/22/2022) It's been a few days since this happened and we never received a call, text, or even an email about this incident. My family that had been coming here for years will never be coming here again after we were ignored and I got severe...
