RIDICULOUSLY AMAZING RAMEN $12-$15!! It's so good that you'll be willing to overlook the rest of your dining experience. No need to travel to Tokyo, just come here for your ramen. If you just pretend this is a ramen place in Tokyo with 4 individual stalls but an invisible long line, your experience would make more sense. The owner is the only full staff here. He will being adding more staff later. So for now, you have to be down for a weird experience but guaranteed great to ramen! And little to no questioning.
Good for small groups or couples? On a Saturday night 7pm, there was only 1 other couple for dine-in, and 1 takeout. He seemed overwhelmed.
Once you enter, take a seat at the bench and wait to be seated. Depending on how overwhelmed the owner is, you could be waiting for a bit. Expect some cultural differences...meaning you'll get listened to, but maybe no vocal responses in acknowledgement or such. If he's busy, then be shuffled with hand waving like how a busy food stall would be like in Tokyo.
Once seated, read the menu for ingredients and such. Wait to order. If you don't see some items, you can request it and see what happens? So we learned many items like CA roll is not on the menu and just given free depending on his free time.
Wait for your food quietly and to yourself. Very Japan like lol No music is played. The tv is on but on a very low volume. The restaurant looks dead so it's a very confusing experience. Anytime someone enters/exit the door, you'll hear a loud ring chime song.
The owner wear all the hats here as a chef, host, waiter, cleaner, etc. Limited English, and Japanese type custom. So don't expect Westernized hospitality. From reviews, it seems like this place is for dine-in, and not take out?
$15 Musashi Ramen. If this is the ramen without the brown visible spot sauce on it between the 2 ramen we got, then it's both our favorite!! Difficult to tell because he gave them so fast. I didn't hear what he said. He offered the chili oil container ok the table to add into it but I didn't need it. It was too good to taint with anything else.
$12.95 Neo Tonkotsu Ramen was still really good too. SO loved adding the chili oil to his.
$8 Cucumber salad doesn't look like the photo. It's simple, with a sweet vinegar flavor. Unsure if it's worth $8 but he also gave us a free seaweed salad.
Next visit, we definitely are interested in getting the -- $15 Musashi Ramen Again!! $12.95 Lemon Ramen (seems like the dipping noodle) Ask for the CA roll, and other hidden goodies not on the list.
Pay at the register. Owner overall is very nice. He is down to socialize if he isn't stressed and overwhelmed...
Read moreI was in the mood for ramen and decided to give this place a try. Having family history of cancer, I know well enough to never dine on any hot soup in melamine bowl. So usually before I go to any restaurant, I will give them a call to find out what kind of bowl they use and in my past 10 years I never had problem of calling restaurant and finding out, EXCEPT this one. Upon calling, someone from restaurant picked up and said "moshi moshi"(means hello in Japanese). That tells me right there already they DO NOT welcome any customer who is not Japanese. So I asked this person on the phone if they use melamine plastic bowl or ceramic bowl for their ramen. They replied with very broken English saying he didn't understand what I was saying, so I asked him again patiently, but I have not even finished repeating my question yet and he said "I just asked the kitchen they said it's the first one". I then asked him "first one what?", he said they use whatever the first one I said. Mind you, I know well enough he did not even speak to the kitchen when I was on the phone with him, because I would at least hear him talking to the kitchen if he did ask, but no he did not. I then asked to speak with the manager and he said he's not here today, so he then said very impatiently said he will go take a picture and text me in 2 minutes. Having Japanese as a second language, I know pretty well about their culture. He obviously did not want to continue this conversation with me due to his poor understanding of English. After 5 minutes I called back, they purposely hung up the phone, not picking up. Finally after the 5th attempt, another rude person picked up the phone who also answered "moshi moshi", and said he's busy and he'll talk to me later, and then hung up the phone on me. Ladies and gentlemen, I hope you all realize a good dining experience starts with professional service. When they cannot even provide courtesy or know simple restaurant etiquette, they do not deserve to run a restaurant in this town. I hope they know they've got tons of competition out there and they can keep their ego in check. But, I will never ever set my foot in this restaurant who looked down a woman and non-Japanese speaker (even though I actually am fluent...

If you're a Ramen enjoyer, this is the best place to go. First off, the service was wonderful! I believe he was also the owner, but he took my siblings and I's order and assisted us throughout. Very professional and polite.
Secondly, the FOOD! AHHHHH IT WAS SO GOOD. Because we came in during a slow period, our server also gave us sushi that wasn't on the menu and it was incredible. But the RAMEN, my god- I have been to many Ramen places in Vegas and this one immediately shot up to my favorite. It wasn’t vegetarian, all pork/chicken broths, but it was so so good.
I got the Spicy Butter Miso Ramen and oh boy, it was wonderful! It was beautifully warm with just the slightest bit of heat. Definitely could be spicer, but their was chili oil on the table and I'm certain you could ask for it to be hotter.
And my final note- the restaurant was clean and quiet! I'm hard of hearing (half deaf in my right ear) and struggle immensely in almost every restaurant to hear/interact with the people I go to the restaurants with! But here, I could actually enjoy very quiet music while hearing my siblings!
This was an incredible experience, 10/10, forever getting ramen here. Please treat yourself and give this place the chance it...
