Frijoles & Frescas Grilled Tacos — Restaurant in Spring Valley

Nasty Nasty Place!!!!!!!! Trying to be like the Original Los Tacos on East Charlestón but quality not even close they provide very poor service and poor food. If I could give them a big zero I would they don’t even deserve 1 damn star. And No I don’t work for Los Tacos absolutely not affiliated with them. I was just so disappointed that I had to write this review to warn people and their family’s about this place. There was absolutely no taste to the pinto beans not even a pinch of salt on them Just boiled beans in plain plain sink water or toilet water Idk now. Food is not fresh, salsa bottles on tables have hardened salsa all over the tops old, old, old, Shrimp tostada old, the shrimp had a yellowish color to it! cilantro was shriveled up and brown🤢!!!! The worst part to this story was when the cashier came out of the restroom with her hands soaking wet 🚽 ???? She then proceeded to grab my mango drink by the Lid. Who knows how she used those hands while going potty 🚽 potty 🚽 ???? Yukkkkkkkk. Try the Original Los Tacos on East Charlestón I mean just try both places and u give ur own Feed Back. Hope this review can give Frijoles a wake up call. PLS DONT TAKE SHORTCUTS FRIJOLES. This just shows how much u truly care about...

My recent experience at Frijoles & Frescas Grilled was disappointing due to the poor customer service provided by an employee whose dark hair and she wears medical black glasses. Despite being a regular customer, I regret to say that I will not be returning following this incident.

During my visit, my order was incorrectly prepared. Upon realizing this after returning home, I contacted the restaurant to address the error. The staff member I spoke with insisted that I return immediately to exchange the food or receive a refund, decreasing the option to issue a credit for a future visit. This requirement inconvenienced me and necessitated a return trip, which I found to be unreasonable, particularly considering the late hour and my attire.

Moreover, the manner in which the employee handled the returned food was concerning. It was disconcerting to witness the food being taken back into the kitchen after it had been opened, raising questions about the handling and potential resale of returned items.

I urge others to exercise caution when patronizing this establishment, as my experience has left me with doubts about the quality and integrity of their service...

Boo!!! Check your food before you leave! I love the food here but I was here a while ago, ordered take out and when I got back to my hotel it was burned and inedible. I called and spoke with the manager and she said no problem she would credit the card I paid with back… but she didn’t so I called again. She said she needed to speak with corporate office but when I called back 7-10 days later, she was not sure what happened…😡 at any rate I told her I loved the food and the next time I was here I would come in. She assured me she would write my name in “the book” for a credit.. so here I am trying to use my credit and they will not honor it!😡😡😡 their reason was that even though the server remembered me, management has changed and they didn’t have it… so, this is my last time here. If you can’t take care of your customers, they won’t come back! So long...
