Mandarin Express — Restaurant in Nevada

Very Rude lady on the phone today. Wanted to inquire info before ordering but that lady/owner on the phone gave me an attitude and acted like she couldn’t be bothered. They are false advertising soup comes with lunch on their current website but they don’t offer this nor allow dine in. It’s been up for years and still not taken down. They are still using Covid this as an excuse to exclude service to customers. It’s been long and done with a longggg time ago. She hung up on me in mid sentence. No need to be this cocky, when there’s hundreds of restaurants all around Las Vegas. I’ll take my business where it’s appreciated. Too bad, I’m a loyal customer that live a block away and a major foodie. Eat out 3 times a day. They could’ve have repeat business if they were nice. Yelp gave them 3 stars for a reason and just watch they were part of dirty dining. Maybe this is a blessing...

I have eaten there frequently . Usually the food is good. But tonight i ordered the sliced pork appetizer . it was awful the sauce is terrible I could not eat it . I rinsed it off and gave it to my dogs. They ate couple of bites then turned up their noses; so it wound up in the trash. I also ordered 2 meat eggrolls which were tasty but so soggy I had to eat with a fork and pour sauce over them. Nice tasting but a mess. Last but not least I ordered combination fried rice. That was actually good. basically I paid $27.00 for fried rice and soggy egg rolls. Disappointing to say the least. I have never had a bad meal there before ; but this meal was terrible. So sorry. I don't often write reviews. I must include that in the $27.00 was a 2 .00 delivery charge and a $3.00 tip. I only live 1 mile from the restaurant so that was not the problem and delivery was...

I have lived at my location for 12 years. I have been ordering from here for maybe 10 years now. It’s always been so great. I have probably spent in that amount of time maybe thousands of dollars. For some reason when I ordered this time there wasn’t really any flavor in the food and the meat was really chewy. 10 years. One time it’s eh. Maybe I’m being crazy but I had to come on here and make a review. This place is the best. One time they mess up but hey. That’s saying something. I’ve seen a lot of bad reviews.
