Okay, I hate complaining about service. I understand things happen and perfection isn't what I look for. But this has happened 3 times, and only at this location. I have yet to receive a stuffed crust pizza when I order one. The second time this happened, I asked for a refund of the pizza, but was given store credit. I again ordered a stuffed crust, with bacon this time to try it. An HOUR later, I received a soggy crust pizza, no cheese, no bacon, except one tiny, slimy glob of white with pink flecks in it. I wanted to barf looking at the thing. Called for refund again, they said to come into the store. So I do and wow. The place was hotter inside than outside.(Yeah, the Vegas heat had nothing on this place). I filled out paperwork for my refund. Took 2 minutes, max. My shirt was soaked by the time I left. I'm not even upset about the pizza anymore, I'm deeply concerned about the well-being of their employees. Having lived in Vegas for the majority of my life, I know how dangerous it is to work in such a hot environment an I seriously doubt that managers care enough to make sure their employees aren't passing out. If a big wig sees this, this location desperately needs a new air conditioning unit. I'll be back to check on this location...

Spoke to the "manager" Terri. She stated "oh we cancelled your order." I asked why. She stated "we called and no one answered." My phone never rang once. Continued to ask why and why my phone never rang. She stated "oh we can send it out again." I asked how long that would take. She hung up on me!!! So disrespectful and beyond rude! This Terri person should not be in any type of customer service position! I continued to call back. I CALLED BACK 5 TIMES AND SHE OR HE KEPT PICKING UP THE PHONE AND HANGING UP! I'M BEYOND DISGUSTED! I DONT EVEN HAVE A CHARGE ON MY CARD. I FEEL LIKE MY ORDER CAME IN AND THEY NEVER EVEN MADE IT AND JUST CANCELLED IT IMMEDIATELY. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. Read moreOrdered online a large supreme pizza with an add-on of meatballs. Received and was charged for it but it was only a large pizza with meatballs, (cheese and sauce of course). When I asked the assistant manager, Terry, he said was his name while not wearing a name tag. Terry said," That's the way it was ordered." I asked Terry if it didn't it occur to him that I paid for a large supreme pizza,with tip may I add, and only wanted a single extra item and nothing else to be a possible mistake? My telephone number is at the top of the page in bold letters, maybe you could have called. Terry's answer was, " Mam we get a lot of strange orders here!" I asked for a price adjustment from a supreme pizza with an extra side of meatballs to the single topping pizza that I received and he refused and said that I would have to call a number that wasn't a customer service number but a Pizza Hut rewards number.
