Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Nevada

I called at 6:50 pm on a Friday night to order 2 pizzas. The first person immediately put me on hold. I waited for a few minutes. Then, a second person picked up the phone and just started talking to me. I had to interrupt her and tell her that I wanted to ask a question and place an order. She told me that the wait time for delivery was an hour and a half. I told her I would order and pick it up. She asked me if she could "be rude and place me on hold again." I told her no, and placed my order. She told me it would be ready at 7:25. I arrived at the store front at 7:30. There were only THREE PEOPLE WORKING!

When I walked in, I was told my food would be ready in 5 minutes. There were 3 other people waiting for their food. My food had not even been started yet. I did not get my food until 7:55. I arrived home at 8pm and my bread sticks were cold and my pizza was hard.

Avoid eating here if you can! It should not take a pizza place an hour to make 2 pizzas and some bread sticks! Furthermore, there should be more people working on...

I ordered delivery and proceeded to not receive the drinks I ordered (2x 2-Liter Sodas).

This is the second time now Doordash failed to deliver my drinks and proves how terrible it is. As I proceeded to call Pizza Hut to get a refund on these two items I was put on hold for 1 hour. I then drove to the store which turns out had no customers inside and no orders currently being processed and had to manually get the staff to give me a refund on these items.

After waiting an hour on hold then driving to the store process a refund, drive home and write this review I am still on hold with pizza hut making this last for about an hour and a half being on hold and NOT being assisted with my issue. Terrible structure and terrible reliability. I use to love pizza hut but now knowing they out-source delivery and out-source their calls I will never eat from here again and will urge my friends to never order from this...

Yes it's pizza. Yes it's a chain store. However, they get a good rating for their customer service. I order my pizza online. I make my choices in crust, sauce, veggies, meat, and crust flavor. Wow how wonderful to have so many choices. Once ordered online it informs me how long until my pizza is ready.

Upon arriving at my Pizza Hut destination someone asks me if I am ordering or picking up. I tell them pick up. Then I am asked for my name. That's it. Then bingo bango and I am handed my pizza and asked to pay. They manager at this store is super kind and thoughtful. I am asked if I what cheese and peppers to which we decline. He rings me up. I slide my credit card and I am done.

This store is fast, efficient, clean, kind and thoughtful. I can't remember the names of the guys that worked the night I picked up my pizza but the whole crew should get kudos!!
