Update 8/29/18 I appreciate David, the manager, for reaching out to me so quickly and was very responsive as we were communicating.

When I revisited, I was helped by Jess, who was an absolute delight! She was already informed I’d be stopping by and took great care of me, also she complimented the outfit I was wearing by the way!

I ordered another tofu & veggie burrito and it was once again delicious while not having chicken in it this time!

Also, I ordered an organic roasted vegetable bowl, which is pretty great! Very plentiful and a good mixture of vegetables. I’m personally not a fan of beets, but with the other veggies along with the additional tofu it’s all good!

There was also some nachos in my order, and Jess highly suggested I check out their salsa bar, which has a variety of salsas. You can also find limes and chopped onions as well which I added to the guacamole and made it even better!

Jess walked up to me and handed my over, and jokingly said we have your chicken burrito lol

I’m always willing to give places a second chance as I understand mistakes happen. It’s great to see a manager that’s willing to take care of any people who come into the restaurant!

8/23/18 This is my first time going here after hearing good things from friends and relatives. I ordered a chicken fajita bowl, tofu & veggie burrito, mushroom & cauliflower taco and a side of guacamole to go.

The employees were friendly, the atmosphere of the place was great and it was clean as well.

When I received my order, a guy approached me and went through the bag to make sure everything was there which I highly appreciate.

The reason for my two stars is because first of all, while I liked the mushroom cauliflower taco it was a very small portion for the price I paid. I’d say at least give a second taco if it’s going to be that small.

Secondly, I’m vegan and liked the fact that they clearly identify which items on their menu are vegan. In my tofu and veggie burrito, I found lots of chicken in it as well.

Now I’m doubtful and wonder if they cook the tofu and veggies on the same grill as the meat, which wouldn’t make it vegan.

Besides the small taco portion and the chicken in my what’s supposed to be vegan burrito, it’s actually good food, good atmosphere and good employees, except for the person who prepared my burrito of course.

Otherwise, I’d happily give this place 5 stars but now I can’t and will be hesitant when deciding to eat here or not.

Edit: also, the side of guacamole was rather flavorless and somewhat watery. Some cilantro, lime and onions would make it more tasteful...

We were on this side of town and wanted to try someplace new. This place had glowing reviews so we decided to try it. We walked in and it's a pretty nice looking restaurant. Very clean. It's counter service, you order and pay for your food up front. I added a tip thinking everything was going to be good. They give you a stanchion with a number and they bring the food to your table when it's ready. While we are waiting for our food, we decided to get our drinks and go to the condiment bar. There was no ice in the soda machine. There were no little plastic cups to put the condiments in. We ordered chips and queso. The queso was absolutely tasteless. There was no salt around so we dumped some Cholula sauce in it. It made it a little better. We waited quite a while for the food to arrive and when it did, two of three orders were not right. My wife ordered the carne asada nachos which never arrived, instead, they brought another order of chips and queso. Now we have two of the same thing on the table. My daughter ordered carne asada fries with no jalapenos. It came with jalapenos. I tried it and the meat had a weird aftertaste. I ordered the wagyu tostadas and they we're right. They tasted good too. I don't know what's going on with this place, it seems like there wasn't a manager present or a very ineffective manager was there. Either way, the place was not maintained, the food wasn't that good, and it just seems like nobody cared about their jobs. The bill totaled $71 with tip when was definitely not worth it. The food was pretty good. However when we went up to order the system wasn't working the cashier said that it should be back up soon. We said no problem and hung out. After waiting 15 minutes they said we could only use cash. We left to get cash, came back. the girl took our order on a napkin telling us we could pay after we ate and that she would give our order to the cooks (we only ordered nachos to share. After 15 more minutes the cashier came to our table telling us that we couldn't eat there because the system was still down. She never put our order in. We were so confused and asked if they could just double check with the manager. Never came back to our table....however, finally after dealing with this for an hour and a half we finally got our nachos... Which didn't have the steak on them that was an $8 up charge or the extra sour cream that we asked for. It was in a to go box for some reason, didn't get plates or silverware either. The food was pretty good. But The service was not. A few other things happened as well, but it is what it is. I don't like to complain, but the situation could have been handled in a much better way. I will say that there was a guy in the back that was very nice when he brought our food to us, and the nachos were great. I will give them the benefit of the doubt and go back to try again. Maybe they were just having a bad...
