Me and a friend came at about 10pm our plan was to eat inside but I guess they close the lobby early? Wish there was a sign at the door but yknow it’s fine The drive thru seemed a little lost as we wanted to place two separate orders and didn’t exactly know how to do it which is fine! We both had no problem with it but I had asked for extra mild sauce and we ended up receiving none and yes I should’ve check before we left if I received it but I do know it’s their job to check before handing it out even if I didn’t get extra at least 2 would’ve been fine. The food? My order was fine i imagine chalupa’s are not hard to mess up but my friend had received quesadillas and as you can see.. well she’s definitely gotten better ones from this location. I could immediately tell the tortilla was old with the way the edges of it were hard and brittle I work in the same setting I know old tortillas when I see them and i get needing to portion the cheese but I feel evening out and not leaving some pieces (which weren’t properly cut you can tell they were cut with minimal effort) anyway this place is always a hit or miss sadly. I love taco bell so I come back but I probably won’t do drive thru again since I don’t want to drive back and point out missing items

The only reason I'm writing a bad review is to prove a point. I ordered 2 12 packs of the cinnabons along with some other things. I usually never check the bag and if a thing or two is missing (it usually is) I dont usually mind, but these were expensive so I gave a call. I talked to someone and they assured me that they would get my name down and that I could pick it up tomorrow. I asked if I needed a receipt and they said no. After going to the drive through the manager asked if I had a reciept and who I talked to, I didnt have either because I was told I wouldnt need either. The general manager (yes she confirmed it) was extremely defensive and acted as if im trying to steal product. At this point I dont even want the cinnabons, I just want to prove a point. You can leave stuff out, you can have sub-par service, but I wont tolerate people treating me this way. Overall, dont trust them, check the bag everytime, and if they tell you one thing, make sure you have every single piece of evidence so they don't act like your a thief. To the general manager: I get your policy, but I was told I didnt need the receipt, but heres the picture of you charging me 27.00 for food I didnt get, this isnt the right way to run a store.

Don’t go to this location!! Horrible service! I order for a veggie Mexican pizza, confirmed that they’ll use refried beans instead of black beans… And they still got it wrong. It was a to go order so when I got home and checked, I had to go back to the resturant to get it exchanged. Having it with beef, wasn’t a flavor preference- I’m a vegetarian I don’t eat meat. When I got there, instead of apologizing for the mixup, they have the audacity to tell me that’s not what I ordered. I specifically said veggie Mexican pizza, and confirmed it’ll be with refried beans and not black beans. Not to mention, Taco Bell has been a family favorite for over 25 years… We get it on all our travels. Trust me, I know how to order a veggie Mexican pizza. Being a vegetarian, you do not forget to say that!

My problem was with the rudeness with which I was spoken to when I went to get it exchanged. I wasn’t mad or annoyed when I approached them about their mistake… I understand mistakes happen. Yet that’s not how they acted with me. The man taking the takeout order refused to accept I ordered it veg. He was so rude that he wouldn’t even let me finish what I was trying to explain. They did exchange it for me but with so much rudeness. He slammed the pizza I returned and kept saying that’s not what you ordered. That is not way to treat a customer. the lady that made the pizza was nice. But overall, I would never go back to this Taco Bell, regardless of whose mistake it is you do not speak to customers with rudeness, cutting them off, and slamming food, especially when they didn’t even approach you rudeness or attitude. I was very calm and understanding, But that is not what I got in return. Taco Bell is one of my favorite fast food chains so we will definitely continue going just never at...

I hate leaving bad reviews for places I love but this was too ridiculous not to share. On 4/8/23 or 4/9/23 I ordered a 12 pack of tacos. I ordered to really expensive one with the Doritos shell and sour cream. When I pulled up and paid they already had my food ready which seemed very odd to me. So I took a minute to look at my order and noticed that they were all just the regular cheap tacos with no sour cream and no Doritos shells. So I informed them of this and they told me to pull around to the front and wait. They brought them out and the bag felt heavy, I was sure this was my correct order. However when I got home it was obvious they had just taken some of the tacos and squeeze some sour cream in them as the shells were broken and the rappers were not properly closed and there was just ingredients everywhere inside the box. They were also ice cold. I don't know how long these tacos had been sitting there because I know that they did not make them that fast they were ready before I was even done paying. This isn't right because that party box is really expensive and I expect to get decent tacos that are at least warm and not broken. I'll be finding another Taco bell. I don't blame Taco Bell the brand but I do blame the employees at this location. I won't get into it right now but this is not the first time they've...
