I waited an hour and 45 minutes from time of ordering at around 6:00 PM, until the moment I left at around 7:45 when I canceled my order and left. The pizza tracker said the pizza would be ready at 6:30. I clicked the button, "I'm here" on the tracker to alert the team inside that I was in the car-side parking space outside to receive my pizza. After two minutes, the tracker asked if I had my pizza yet and I said no. My son and I waited outside in my car about 5 extra minutes and decided to go inside to see what was going on. It took me a long time to get helped at the front register. Once I was assisted, they looked for my order and said "oh, it should be out soon. I sat down and waited. There were 4 individuals also waiting on pizza. After about 30 minutes, one lady finally received her pizza. She was the first to leave. However, more people started coming in. The drive-thru did not look like it was moving. The staff looked incredibly frazzled tying to manage everything, very incompetent. Two men canceled their orders and left. I asked again about my order and they said it shouldn't be too much longer so I sat back down. Groups of people started coming into the building, very aggravated. A group of customers started swearing at each other (in front of a room full of young children) because one lady cut in line. I finally decided to cancel my order after being told to patiently wait for over an hour after I got there. Everyone else seemed to have got their orders except me for some reason. I'm not sure if my order got lost from my ticket/receipt, or what. I overheard someone say the online ordering system was not working correctly. I have no idea if that's accurate - but everyone else BUT ME received my pizza. Even people before me. Even people who came in after me. One guy in particular demanded 2 cheese pizzas immediately, and he got them immediately. They all got their orders but I didn't. I stayed patient. I listened to your staff. I sat with my son as we had to endure your customers verbally abuse one another because of the frustrations they had over something as silly as pizza taking too long. I got there and sat on the lot for 20 min, finally called the store and met with 3 rude People In this order. Person 1- I explained I placed an order on line he asked my name 3 times said he could not find my order I said I paid for one then he said Oh I see the order was placed to be picked up at 12:00 pm
Person 2 a lady took the Phone from him asked me my name and what was my order I told her and what I piad, she said we don’t have an order with that name maybe you called another store Again I said I placed the order on line for curb service and I was calling from the lot, She said we don’t have you order and hung up on me I was frustrated but polite as I drove to the drive through calling the number again
Person 3 seemed intelligent asked me for my order. I explained again what happened this time saying an employee hung up on me after saying we don’t have your order but did not give me an option to replace the order again He said I can take your order and apologizeD I said I want the specialty cheeseburger pizza As I was talking to him the woman who hung up on me came to drive thru window said rudely if he is talking your order over the phone it will be 25 -30min you need to leave and come back. The man taking my order repeated my order and said you want the chicken taco pizza. The straw that broke me I politely said forget the order I know longer wanted anything from there My first and lasting experience. Read moreIf possible, I would give this location 0 stars. A few months ago I placed an order for delivery. The order came in wrong. I was told by the manager that they're not delivering the correct order. If I want the right order I need to pick it up. I asked if I can be refunded my delivery charge. I felt that it's not fair to charge me a delivery charge for something I didn't order while using my gas to get it fixed. The girl who took my order called me a liar. She was also extremely ill that day. It's possible that it was hard for her to work because she had the flu. I spoke with a manager. He constantly yelled and hung up on me. I called several times later to rectify and was hung on again.
Today, I called again to place an order. Vickie, the manager, explained that I am red flagged. Each time I asked why- she would yell. I explained that I am not trying to be rude but want an understanding. She would yell again and hang out. I called a second time and she yelled and hung up. Third time- she was calm, said what she had to say, then hung up.
