To be fair, I didn't visit this Domino's. But I've visited others. So I give them a 3 for food and atmosphere as they are all similarly operated. I gave them a 1 star because of an alleged member of their management team. It's possible he is NOT there, and if that is so I'll remove this. I was in the McDonalds just west of them about 50 yards this morning. There was young mother and a small child right by the counter eating. As was I. A male in his potentially late 40's to 50's with longish grayish black hair came into McDonalds and asked that someone take his order. The McDonalds Manager stated we're extremely busy, I have employees who aren't here, please use the kiosk to order and we'll get your food out. The man didn't like that. He stated, Look, I'm the Domino's Manager, you need to come take care of the customer. Suffice to say, things rapidly deteriorated. He kept saying I also manage a restaurant, Domino's, and you need to take care of your F'ing customer. He continued cursing and the McD's manager said you can leave, I'm not serving you now. And if you don't I'll call the police. The man ultimately left, but two very notable impressions were left with the folks in McDonalds. 1. He was a rude, intolerable, and vile person who didn't mind using foul language in front of kids and lady's. (I'm a retired Army First Sergeant - I'm familiar with and guilty of the same language, but NEVER in front of strangers, ladies or children). 2. If he represents Domino's, I want no part of Domino's. If he is truly one of that stores managers, the franchisee / owner would do well to get rid of that man ASAP. He has no business in the...

After waiting for our food for over an hour, we called to follow up with why our order hadn’t been moved into the next portion of the delivery status.
After 3 phone calls to the store, and being hung up on each time, I decided to Drive to the store to see what is going on.
Upon walking in, I was not greeted with a warm welcome. I told the employee that I was checking on status of a delivery order from over an hour ago. I said “I’ve called 3 times to avoid this trip, but sadly you have hung up on me each time I have called”
He goes on to say “I’m the only one here. After a few more heated words and a failed attempt to Find our pizza, he admits he is the store manager and that he can’t help us. I tell him. Never in my 15 years as a retail store owner have I ever treated customers the way he did and he should be ashamed of himself. He continued to yell and scream at me as I walked out the door and I was over it at this point.

It was a simple mistake, one that normally wouldn't have been a big deal, but the pizza that was messed up was for my picky kids. The gentleman said there would be a credit on my account for the two pizzas we ordered, which was quite generous. I asked if there was any information I needed to provide, and he explained that it would be associated with my phone number. When I called tonight to use the credits, I was informed that there were no credits on my account and no note. Because I can't remember the date I ordered or the man I spoke with, they said there's nothing they can do about it and hung up on me.
