I have never been here but i had tried to inform the owner that someone had used my wifes stolen debit card information here for the sum of $44.08 plus a $10 tip The first employee a female was helpful but when i called back to get the owners information so i could speak with them directly i got treated very badly by a male employee. All i wanted to do was try and get some justice for the owner who would have to eat the now $44.08 chargeback i feel bad for them being stolen from. It would have been pretty easy to catch the thieves too who picked up the take out it wasnt a doordash charge so they had to physically pick it up themselves. They could be caught on camera picking up the food. Firstly, we just moved to the area, had been very much looking forward to trying this place. We go for the first time place our order ordered bourbons chicken and cashew chicken this is the same order we place everywhere we go. The boy at the counter brings the food to the counter, the order is wrong, they gave us ribs instead of cashew chicken, not a big deal right?? We asked for it to be corrected and as the other lady working the counter is trying to assist us with getting the order corrected he begins to loudly argue with my boyfriend that this is what he ordered while we are both explaining it is not and someone is already trying to assist us with having it corrected. I order hing wangs multiple times a week, & usually have a great experience. Food is great & good customer service. But the last couple months, whoever is running the night shift is unprofessional & very rude for absolutely no reason everytime I order & especially when I pick up. The lady that is normally there she is great & always super sweet. But the young girl & other man working the front don’t have good customer service at all. That really needs to change, because I love the food but if the service continues I will have no choice but to find somewhere new. It makes a horrible experience.
