Ordered several hundred dollars of gear for my daughter’s travel softball team. It has been nearly 3 months and still have not received all of our order. When I called to follow up (for the second time) I was told an item was on backorder with no expected date to be available. I asked if it was policy to not let the customer know an order was on backorder and wait for them to call. I received no justification but was offered to cancel my remaining order and receive a refund. Very disappointing.
