Worst service anywhere, maybe even worse than McDonalds. Yesterday I used the WC app to order since the drive-thru had about 6 cars waiting. We stayed in line for about 10 minutes trying to figure out if we were supposed to pick the order up at the drive-thru, (which would defeat the purpose of ordering online to avoid going through the drive-thru), go inside to pick it up, or if they had curbside delivery. The app doesn’t tell you. Since the drive-thru wasn’t moving, we got out of line and I went into the store. I was 2nd in line behind a family waiting for someone to come to the register and take their order. What benefit was it for me to order online if I had still had to come into the store and stand in line? Then a Door Dash guy walks in and says “Door Dash” and they waited on him first. The woman Manager yelled for a girl employee that she “was gonna have to come take care of the front” because she had a lot to do. The Manager was loud and vocal about one of the employees being late and she wasn’t gonna put up with it! Finally, I was next in line. I was given my drink but no food. I waited a couple of minutes before asking for my food. The Manager yelled across the room where my order was, and someone else brought it to me. I exited the store and we pulled away down the street, only to discover they gave us someone else’s order. I went back in the store, right to the front, told the Mgr they gave me the wrong order and she replied “I know, SHE got the orders mixed up. Glad you came back”. So, all-in-all it wasn’t a good experience at all. Someone in administration at WC needs to take their employees to Chik-fil-A, both inside and through the drive-thru to train them how a real fast food restaurant should operate and how not to air TMI to customers and how not to screw up orders. Oh, and your employees should come to work in clean clothes. A male employee arrived for his shift while I was there, and his jeans looked dirty and oily like he’s never washed them. I would suggest that you quit hiring people to manage your store who have no manners and appear to have been raised by wolves. Sorry if that seems harsh to say. I hate to quit...
Read moreI've been here twice in the past 3 weeks the first time was a Saturday night around 11:30, I ordered online thinking it'd be quicker than ordering when I got there. Assassin drive-thru for probably 15 minutes and didn't move so I was like screw this I ordered online I'm going to go inside and get it. Big mistake. A set of the counter for probably a half an hour before anybody even acknowledged me and then they told me I was checked in and they got it and they were going to work on making our food so I went and sat down at a booth. When the people behind me in line got their food ate and left I went back to the counter. Weather night manager walked past me about 20 times. She never once acknowledged me looked at me or anything. After about 20 minutes more of standing at the counter I asked if I could get some help. They showed me they had my food done and ready so they handed me a bag that was sitting behind other bags on the counter like it had been forgotten. We left got home in the order was completely wrong and cold. The burgers were so salty you could barely eat them. I was at White Castle last night once again ordered online thinking to be quicker. It wasn't bad it was quick in and out but when we got home our order was wrong. There's no excuse on why my order was wrong because there was nobody there and I don't know how it works exactly but I'm pretty sure the order pops up on the screen and you put what's on that order in bags. I used to love White Castle but I seriously doubt I'll be back...
Read moreI'm still torn as to how to rate this place. The service was friendly and quick. I enjoyed the breakfast sandwich, but when I came for lunch I ordered the sliders. I did not care for the sliders. Have you ever had a burger from a vending machine that you have to microwave before eating? I would say that these little burgers are very similar in taste. Maybe it's an acquired taste, but I couldn't finish the 4 I ordered. I was quite disappointed considering how much I liked breakfast. I'm giving it 4-stars because of the service and breakfast sandwich. Next time I'll try something else for lunch and see if I have better luck. This particular location is nice though. It's clean and well kept. It seems to be a meeting place for the community and I saw many groups of people having their morning coffee and chatting up a storm. One man even seemed to be giving some harmonica advice to his mates. It made me miss the small town life where everyone knows the next person that walked through the door and the lady behind the service counter knew everyone by name. The woman behind the counter even recognized me from breakfast and greeted me with a smile. Lovely restaurant for that...
