Horrible service. First time my husband and I went to this Jacks location (New Albany, MS) and we both agreed we will not go back. Took 10 or more min just to get spoken to after standing in line behind 2 other customers and having multiple workers walk back and forth just looking at us. We were about to leave but then one of them said some one would be right with us. Another worker comes over to ask if weâre ready to order... we said yes (in our head thinking seriously?) half way through us giving her our order, she cuts us off and turns around to talk to her coworker. After we finally got our order through and paid we are just waiting and they then inform us that they are out of part of the food we ordered but weâve already paid so had no choice but to take whatever they had. Never been to a Jacks like this before. I wouldnât even give them a one star rating. We really did try to give them the benefit of the doubt and weâre very patient. We have never given a bad review but this was a time we felt one needed to be left. If we were the owners of this location we would be very upset. Food isn't great, just mediocre, but the service can't even match that. I placed a 30 dollar order on the internet, supposed to be ready in 10 minutes.i got there and waited, and waited, and waited some more, 40 minutes. My order was setting on the counter the whole time, in plain sight, even got moved while they looked for it. I finally get my order, cold of course, because it was sitting next to the drive thru window for longer than 45 minutes, and when I open the bag, not one item was correct. NOT ONE!!! Order strawberry pie, it was Apple. Cokes were all diet. Sausage egg and cheese biscuits minus egg on 2, egg and cheese on the others. 4 orders of hash browns left off order and on and on. Every item in the order was wrong. During my stay at Jacks restaurant and short term living area, 8 people had to come in from the drive thru for missing items. They will give you an attitude for THEM messing up your order, they actively choose talking to coworkers over providing service to customers, and God forbid they seem to have a personal issue with youâŠmy husband and I have been here several times in the last two years and we have seen the fastest service ever to the cars in front of usâŠit doesnât matter if it is 1 or 20, it is always quick, respectful service, then when we pull forward they give us attitude, the wrong food, the wrong drinks, entire meals that have been paid for that arenât given to us, and more, or less in this situation. Paying full prices for 3 large meals and only receiving 2 meals and they arenât larges at all. Not to mention it heavily seems like some of the food has been tampered with.
