Bayview Bakery — Restaurant in New Baltimore

We stopped in last weekend to humbly request the placement of our missing cat flier in their establishment. The owner was very sweet and allowed us to utilize her board for our flier. Everything looked so delicious and the freshly baked decadent scents hijacked our brains, resulting in our purchase of several items. The large peanut butter cookie was amazing as were the macaroons (we tried raspberry) and cannolis. Our friend's daughter was with us and reported the tiramisu to be just as delightful. I also took home an apple/custard/cinnamon tart/flan/popover (???) type dessert which was also very tasty. We will definitely be back and truly appreciate the kindness of the owner to allow us to post the information for our beloved missing cat. We are already planning to go back this coming weekend to purchase more baked goods to bring to a friend's. We will certainly be repeat...

Nice little unassuming place that looks right out to the water. The large apple strudel had an ideal level of sweetness and incredible crispy texture on the very outer shell. The dough was somewhat dense overall and could have been a bit more airy, but overall a very high quality pastry.

I took home a cinnamon roll and heated it up the next day, expecting a dry, so-so experience, but what I was met with was one of the greatest culinary pleasures in the dessert genre I’ve ever experienced. The perfect - PERFECT - level of fluffiness in the dough, sweet/savoriness in the icing, and all blended together with just the right amount of cinnamon to remind you what you should be indulging yourself with on the weekends.

One day I decided to check out this cute little shop on a whim, since I was curious about what they might have and how it would be. From that moment, I was hooked. I've tried some of their savory and some of their sweet pastries and baked good, like their apple pie, brownie, apple strudel, spinach and cheese pastry, etc. All of it is absolutely awesome, and each thing feels like it's crafted with love! (Definitely tastes that way too!) I always get excited when I get to bring a friend or family member by so they can discover that cute little bakery, because the family that owns it is incredibly nice, and everything they make is delicious!
