just left there, absolutely appalled, the OWNER came over and thought both me and my boyfriends drivers license were fake…. We are 21 and 26. Where in turn my boyfriend had gave him his military ID which he STILL thought wasnt enough. he had absolutely no reason to come over to our table. Mind you he had not went over to any other tables to check their identification. he had argued with us for 10 minutes and all he could come up with was less than valid arguments to try to “prove” our drivers license were fake “drivers license doesn’t have theses specific numbers on the back” ours are not enhanced so it will not have those numbers on the back, and “ you were born in 2000 and that’s not right you’re not that age” my birth year is 2002 which is STILL over 21, he read it wrong, he called what looked like his son over and threatened to call the police which we responded with “ PLEASE DO!” After then they returned our identification and said they were “sure they were fake.” We got up and left. This completely put a bad taste in our mouths. If you are a bar OWNER educate yourself on what drivers license’s are supposed to look like, or don’t own a bar. This place could be a great spot for chilling with friends. However, the food needs a cook who cares. The appetizer mushrooms were extremely dark and barely warm inside. This tells me that the fryer grease has not been changed in forever. The hamburger bun was cold and came with raw butter, which added to the coldness of the bun. The chicken we ordered had decent fixings, but again, the bread that it was served on was wet with butter and barely grilled. The chicken itself was dry. As far as the service: It seemed like when I expressed my concerns, my cheerful service slowed way down. In fact, the waitress that started our service dropped us after our feedback. I'm generous with a 2 star review. The guy behind the bar was completely rude. I get being short staffed but that's no reason to be a jerk. I'm sure there aren't many regulars there since they are only open for major events so to treat us so badly and basically ignore us and make us feel unwanted is completely unacceptable. We would get his attention and he would just completely ignore us. We will never go back. The girl assisting him who told us she didn't not work there but was there to help was very nice.
