LOVE THE NEW updates and increased bar & cafe 'inside' now! Fun food and easy to have fun here!
Very comfortable space with great comfortable furniture to hang out and have a interesting bite to eat with a Tiki cocktail. They also have full Bourbon bar and just about anything you could come up with for a cocktail! Great new menu for summer - We had the mussels and I almost drank the broth out of the bottom when finished - excellent! NICE JOB on the remodel! See you soon!
ALSO - Fun place for group party outside - make a reservation!
Comfortable outdoor garden space to relax and take in the nice weather. Umbrella tables as well as several large gazebos for a chilly evening or the occasional rain day. Also open in the winter where you may sit inside heated areas and dine on interesting seasonal options for food and drinks - we started with a Rum Runner made with their own special ingredients…. Better than Florida!
They have an ever changing menu where Lobster is the highlight ingredient in many dishes. We tried the Lobster Shrimp Dip and had the new blackened Mahi with fresh Brussel sprouts. Lots of good flavor in both and was plenty for the two of us to share.
We took home a mini Lobster quiche and had a filling breakfast for two the next day - will order that again. Great crust, plenty of lobster chunks and roasted potatoes inside the quiche made it very filling for us to share.
If you have to wait for a table no problem! Boutique and tiki indoor bar too...
Read moreWe moved here in 2017 and popped in once to browse when we were checking out the downtown locations. We didn't realize at the time the cafe was also included in. I loved the CBD lip balm I picked up and along with a really cute rug I keep in my kitchen. We went to the Halloween party and wanted to do something local and close to home since we didn't attend our usual function we go typically go to. The food we got was fantastic! The burnt brisket ends and smoked sausage was the best BBQ style food I've had in a long time and the price is also reasonable for what you get. My hubs enjoyed the slice of cheesecake we got as well. The drink selection was also a nice list to choose from. If you want to shop and also grab a bite to eat they have a nice setup in the back to eat in all year round and the outside area has heaters to keep you warm. If you got kids that play Pogo(Pokemon) they can sit and play it without having to leave your sight. My hubs has also had a chance since then to try the Berry Brisket and Lobster flatbread and has enjoy the other dishes. The other perk, you have two ways to get in if the downtown area is blocked off for events. You can park in the back lot and get in through the side of the patio area. Or you can go in through the main front door. We've told our friends and family they need to come here and try the food and also do...
Read moreI guess we just had a one off experience compared to others. My husband and I came in around 5:30 and were seated immediately and took our drink orders. After a few minutes the waitress came back for food orders. It was around 30 minutes of waitresses walking back and forth to serve other tables but pass by us each time. After that time we had a different waitress come over and give us our bill before we even received our food. (After waiting a total of 35 min) She apologized saying the kitchen ticket never printed, and went to have the kitchen speed our food up. I just feel like even if the ticket didn’t print, you constantly walked by us seeing we had nothing for some time… After we were finished eating it was another 10-15 min before anyone came to give us our bill/clean up the table. Overall: food wise, unfortunately, it was just okay. The lobster roll was a little bit too soggy for me, the pineapple coleslaw was just regular coleslaw (to me at least), my husbands brisket burnt end rice bowl he said, “tasted like something from Kroger microwaved”. In addition, the lobster and shrimp dip was just okay. I was really sad because this place is so cute and had such high praises from others. :( On a positive note, the lady at the front was very nice as well as the...
