The New Baltimore Michigan location Has got to beThe worst location the last three visits were absolutely terrible. Drive thru staff got my order wrong so i decided to order inside. what mistake that was i placed my order sat and waited while at least 6 other people ordered and got served while i sat there waiting for my coffee. after 20 minutes of waiting i got upset and informed the staff of what was going on they had the nerve to give me an attitude. Finally 25 minutes after ordering i get my coffee btw i ordered a super and they made me a grande as i was leaving the staff was laughing and cracking jokes about the whole incident. So payed almost 8 dollars for a frozen grande. Well as you can guess i will never be back to buy their over priced coffe and deal with the most disrespectful staff ive ever encountered. I encourage everyone to keep driving and get your coffee fix...

Great place to get coffee. 2 Black Bear 24oz Frozen. My order everytime. I like how rob acknowledges me. I see your running late today and just other things that makes my day. Its a 30 minute drive from St. Clair and I happily do it 3 or more times a week call me crazy but I just love the coffee. I appreciate my coffee makers. Remember to tip but if your cheap and don't want to tip get some coupons when its buy one get one free give them that free coffee money. Or Wednesday is a discount day instead of just getting the deal give them what it would normally cost. If you tip well the reactions of the bigby team make my day as well.. Its not just a coffee! Do not like their coffee. It was cold and was left over from breakfast time. When we went there, it was because our friend that we were taking to the doctor wanted to go. I did not want to stop, but, our friend said we would love it. My husband and I did NOT love it. They took a twenty dollar bill, gave us three small coffees which was our order and we barely got change back. I told our friend he and his wife could go back there, and, we would not. He agreed after he swallowed his cold coffee. That was that. We were there between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m. so I know they could have brewed more but chose not to....
