New Baltimore Nutrition — Restaurant in New Baltimore

Tried to talk my wife into coming here with me over the weekend for the first time, but after seeing the reviews she refused. I ended up checking them out on my lunch hour alone. It was pure chaos. There is no direction or menus. The pictures don’t have ingredients, prices, or anything at all, just pictures of drinks. After scattering around for a few minutes not knowing what to do, and menuevering through crowds of high school girls taking photos of their drinks, I saw other people filling out a form, there was no method or organization. I had to ask what each drink flavor was as again, there was nothing listed on the pictures. I ended up pointing to a picture and writing it on a form. When they told me this tea was $10 and handed it to me, I almost fainted. The ice was filled to the brim, the drink was a washed out grey color, that ended up tasting like fake Splenda. To pay $10 for an iced tea which is made up of 75 percent ice 24 percent water and 1 percent food coloring and sugar is asinine to me. I won’t...

I was very disappointed when I went in to try the new peanut butter gravedigger shake and they failed to mention they were out of the brownie pieces that went on top. The lady gave me my shake and I asked where the topping was, and she said they were out. I feel like the whole point of the shakes is to enjoy the topping and when I didn't get what was advertised it was disappointing. The shake they show is filled to the top with brownie and chocolate syrup and all I had on mine was sprinkles. I may be sticking to the chesterfield location...

Went there for a local school fundraiser. You would have thought that there would be more than 2 girls staffed for an event. We saw 2 other families that left bc it was taking too long to place an order. After waiting 25 minutes, we got our drinks (although it was the wrong order that we placed). Unfriendly employees & poor service. Just a tip, maybe your girls should look happy that they are at work & say “Welcome!” when you walk in instead of looking annoyed & saying “Have you been here before?” Good luck... you have a...
