Back Door Burgers & More — Restaurant in New Bedford

Well first off.. OH. MY. GOD. This place is fantastic! Absolutely everything about back door burgers is just (insert chefs kiss) perfect! The food was almost indescribably good, when you think of burgers and fried food it’s almost as if you can feel your stomach turn. You imagine the same old greasy burgers paired with the same old waffle fries and onion rings that taste like they were cooked in grease that has been in the fryer for a million days straight.. well let me tell you, this place is everything but! The burgers were cooked perfectly just as ordered and were the perfect size, the onion rings and fries were just sooo good, better than any burger joint around. After eating you just know that back door burgers is using quality ingredients and the crew really takes pride in the food. The location paired with the cute, comfortable and clean atmosphere along with the great customer service and amazing food really just makes this place second to none in its category. 5 stars, 10 out of 10 will for sure be...

We used to order from them every week (if not twice a week). The sauce is absolutely amazing I would eat it everyday if I could. BUT recently they took the veggie burger off the menu. Literally one of the biggest bummers ever. I have called to see why and they never answer. More annoyingly they send your call to an automated voice that says “good bye” then hangs up on you. Have to find somewhere else to get a good vegetarian burger from now on….

While we can appreciate downsizing, it is clear that the only thing removed from the menu is the vegetarian burger. We fail to recognize how removing the alternative diet friendly option was the only choice in downsizing. In reality, you’re second location might benefit from extending dining options for patrons with alternative...

I went in today for the first time and had an amazing experience. I didn’t catch the young girl’s name that was working, but she was an absolute gem! She was very polite and knowledgeable…and she had a positive energy that made me smile! When I got home, I tried the food and was thoroughly impressed as well. The waffle fries were crispy and flavorful, and the beyond burger was probably one of the best that I have ever tried. (I also love that they offer gluten free bun options).

Between the awesome prices, amazing food, and exceptional service, I will definitely be back soon! Due to my dietary restrictions, it can be difficult to find a good burger place…and Back Door Burgers not only met my expectations, but...
