I go this one all the time it just reopened and boy they have a lot of workers for no reason haha it's 1121 Kempton St New Bedford , Ma heeeeeeyyy three day in a row no good service first two say I waited long for a to go order when I sat there and watch about four workers talking to each other while one girl is running around trying to push out all the to go orders jeeezzzsse it's all wrong man this covid 19 took. Out the quality in workers they would not help the poor girl with any of the to go orders it's like they was stationed in a different area and when they had nothing to do they rather watch one girl fulfilling to go orders really since when maybe that's a policy at Dunkin' donuts like if your job's done you do not help no other workers with their job however it should not be like that so that was the first two days remember I said I went there consecutively three days in a row so the first two days I watched one poor girl try to get all the to go orders out and none of her other employees would help her because it wasn't their job they was maybe taking care of the window and cooking or whatever anyways I saw four people sitting around talking to each other and not one person offer to help that poor girl now the third day I went there which is today July 18th 2021 around 11:30 I had wet inside of that Dunkin' donuts I ordered it to go order for a vanilla bean colada in two bacon and cheese roll ups I had received my colada it was pitch white like all I got was just the ice crushed ice or whatever makes the colada the colada was just the ice pop so I went back to the counter and asked him hey can you put a couple more squirts of vanilla bean in this colada for me and the dude replied I would have to remake it and I said well I don't want you to go through all that trouble can you just put the vanilla bean syrup in a little cup and I will add it in and start myself so he did that however I go back up to the counter ask for a stir three of the work is look me straight in the face and turn right back around while I asked him for a star and started talking to each other about me now this is all on camera and it's lucky I have done work on myself because if I have not done work on myself I would have jumped over that f** counter and beat up all three of them little kids see what happened was the covid-19 took out the quality and workers and hired all the little kids now the little kids do not care about the customers they're like just trying to fulfill their job so they can get out of work and go back online so I don't appreciate it when I try to make their job easier and not complain and then they ignore me to like basically just laugh in my face now this is all on camera you can see it on your camera if your cameras work I wish there were audio in that place too because you would hear me talking very very polite to each and every one of those little kids now I think it's a boss's job to go in there and tell those little kids that part of their job is dealing with customers especially if they keep messing up the order the customers are going to go back in the store cuz they work hard for their money and they pay a lot of money for this Dunkin' donuts every single day for not a little kid to look at me like I'm crazy because I'm asking them to fix it I think you need to sit down with all of your kids over there at 11:21 Kempton Street and explain to them how customer service is supposed to react when the customer is asking for a simple thing I'd appreciate it thank...
Read moreI go to this dunkin daily and all the female staff is so rude. No matter what two girls particually are and every time I ask for a manger they are never on . My drink is wrong on the daily and usual I fix it myself as I proceeded to go in today to get it remade the girl at the counter said what’s wrong with it now and proceed to put her hand in my face not my fault you don’t know how to make the drink correctly. Worst part is they gossip about you while you are still there every time I go there it’s a attitude. I am done with that I don’t need to be treated like that. Worst customer service ever you need to train your employees on #1 how drinks are suppose to be made maybe they would make them right in the first place #2 how to talk to customers because if this was the other way around they would not like it done to them. Read moreI went through the drive through about 10 minutes ago on Monday, May 10th at approximately 8:30 and the woman working drive through was extremely rude. If I could leave a 0/5 I would. People like this make me never want to visit the establishment again nor should they be working in an industry of this type. I simply got to the speaker and asked for a “medium iced cold brew moca made with almond milk” and was answered with great amounts of attitude and she stated that she couldn’t hear me multiple times and then repeated a completely wrong drink so I said responded one last time with my drink and she said they didn’t have cold brew very rudely.
