Mee Hong Restaurant — Restaurant in New Bedford

My grandparents, and parents have been going here since they opened! Love it. The only chinese/american restaurant I go to. Their fried food is crispy, not insanely greasy and just delicious. If you can treat yourself once and a while, do it here, because chances are they wont be around for long as it's a family owned business. Definitely give it another chance if you happened to have a bad experience with delivery time or food quality, because in my experience they've been nothing but consistent. So for the reviewers who had bad delivery experience - i hope you try it again. Also regarding a reviewer talking about "why there's a Caucasian working at a chinese restaurant" . They family is of chinese descent, however, they live in America and ARE Americans. They run a Chinese/American cuisine restaurant. She spoke clear English because her first language is English. I will never eat a this restaurant again. I ordered online and I also paid online mind you I spent $150. I ordered food for about eight people. I got a confirmation code and I was told it be 45 minutes 45 minutes went by. I called the restaurant. They said that it just went out the door. Another 30 minutes went by and they said that the order that I was talking about was never placed they had no Recollection of it so I therefore try to tell them I ordered it online. I paid for it online and I was given a confirmation code. I was told OK what did you order? I gave them what we ordered and then she proceeded to tell me that I owed money still finally I said you know what I’m gonna come into the store about two hours after this is all set and done Miraculously the order they said that would never went through showed up prove that it was paid for and I had to wait so they can make all the food all over again so no, I will never go to this restaurant again because I feel like how do I not went in there to show proof that I had ordered and paid for the food I would’ve gotten ripped off for $150 Not...

Me family and I got sesame chicken, sweet and sour chicken, and teriyaki chicken. Seems like they cook there sesame chicken in vinger.. everything we got was absolutely disgusting. Sweet and sour chicken had at least 2 inches thick of breading and tasted very strange. The rice was like black? No flavor absolutely disgusting.. egg rolls dripping in oil. Thick? Yes.
