My daughter and I have been coming to this location 2 to 4 times a week faithfully for about 4 months now. We used to only go to dunks but we put a stop to that because we usually like to grab a drink and a treat between 6pm-8pm and Dunkin is a serious let down!! You can’t get food or a frozen drink past 6:30 ish most of the time which is horrible AND they huff, puff and roll their eyes when you order. Once we started coming to this Starbucks location we couldn’t believe how amazing the staff is here at this location. It doesn’t matter what kind of beverage we order or even when we order. We have literally come in 10 minutes before they close and I can order my caramel ribbon crunch drink and no one is rude to us in fact we usually start a conversation and get to know about our amazing barista’s :) we understand sometimes they are very busy or just short staffed we do not take it personally we are just thankful for the people who show up to work to make the customers their orders. I’ve read some of these other reviews on here and I’m lost here because who the heck waits 30 to 45 minutes for a couple of coffees?? Some of these other reviews are straight up lies!!! And no I do not work here or know any of the employees personally I’m literally just a customer who understands sometimes people are very busy how about the amount of information they have to remember when making a special drink never mind some of these peoples orders! Anyway tonight was another amazing visit to our New Bedford Starbucks there were 4 awesome girls working tonight all of them very nice and friendly :) also I complemented them on how clean behind the counter was! Unfortunately I can only remember one of the girls names (Annie) I hope the other 3 get recognized as well two had black hair one had hers in a ponytail and the other had shorter hair above her shoulders. One had natural strawberry blonde hair or maybe more of a lighter natural red hair color they were all so nice to my daughter and I Thank you very much ladies we appreciate all of you and thank you for making our night!!! Read moreDo not bother. It’ll be significantly faster to just take the drive to the Dartmouth location. I WISH I was exaggerating but unfortunately I’m actually being polite. I’ve visited the New Bedford location 3 times, twice via drive thru which one time we waited over 45 minutes for only two coffees, and the other we waited over a half hour for two coffees and a single danish, and my one visit inside was admittedly faster then the drive thru but it’s still at least a 15 minute wait for a COFFEE. Then after waiting over a half hour for our order, they then charge me for someone else’s order (because the wait was so long the person in front of me left) so then we were stuck waiting another 10 minutes while they figured out how to fix it, all while not communicating what was even happening. Then the final nail was when they handed me the drinks and my coffee looked like a cup of milk, I didn’t even have the strength, time, or patience to complain, so I just took the loss. Read moreMe and my best friend ordered drinks separately, did for in store pickup. When we got to the store my drinks were ready and my friends were not. She ordered 3 drinks and a cake pop. 2 refreshers and a frozen lemonade refresher. The first drink that was ready was the frozen drink. We waited at the counter for 20 minutes and no one acknowledged us, still only one drink that was no longer frozen. Her two other drink cups were sitting on the counter where they put the drinks when they are ready. We finally got someone’s attention and had them remake her frozen drink. There is no system on how they fulfill orders, they don’t do it order by order… if they did, 2 drinks wouldn’t have been forgot about. The people at the counter should be acknowledged instead of ignored. 3 people working on a Saturday is not enough as there was a lobby full of people and a drive through full of cars.
