Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in New Bedford

One star, because I like the pizza. If you want to spend time waiting, this is the place. And if you want to play dodgeball from the bouncy ball that the employees son is throwing around, this is your place. If you want to listen to an employee constantly yelling at her son to sit, this is your place... No pizza hot n ready, and dont ask for the stuffed cheese crust, "they dont have it" at this New Bedford location, or the one employee working, doesnt have time to make it.. Saw 3 people walk out. And was I in a rush?, yes. I used to come weekly but moved out of the area, but i do still work in Fairhaven... Figured, I had a long day at work, my son also works in Fairhaven but his car is in the shop, so i thought I had enough time to quickly grab a pizzas for dinner and I would make it to my son at his job by 4pm... I got to Little Caesars at 3:45pm, paid.. Than told she still has to make the pizza and I would have to wait 5mins... At 4:10pm I got my pizza, becauae she couldnt put it in right away, she had other employees coming in and out (only going to the registrar to talk, not work) and a son, and other customers, not that they were all helped becauae some just walked out and one wanted cheese stuffed crust(which they dont have)... Let's not get into they hygiene issues, no gloves, no hand washing this list goes on n on... But maybe I wouldn't have noticed anything or written thia review, if I had "Hot n Ready" pepperoni and cheese pizzas, waiting for me, as advertised. I really wish they would straite up, I forgot how much i enjoy a night off from cooking dinner, as is, the time it's taking to write this review, amd my pizza wait time, I could've made...

I walked in ten minutes before closing, after the employee unlocked the door. I ordered a pepperoni pizza. I noticed three bags of crazy bread in the warmer. The employee grabs them and I asked what are you going to do with them. I was told they are getting discarded. I offered her a dollar for one, she said that will be $3.31. Damn full price for an item you are throwing away. Well I notice a grey trash barrel full of pizza. and bread. I took a few pics because this company would rather throw food away than take a discounted price.The employee started screaming how I am illegally taking photos or recordings. She demanded that I unlock my phone to prove that no such photos included her. I naturally refused. Immediately I was informed that I must leave without my food or money because I took illegal pics. This employee stood behind the warmer screaming she's calling the police. Eventually the other employee gave me the pizza. Not exactly sure why I've loved such a company for almost my entire life. Great food but being told that I forgot my money because I utilized my camera, even though the store is under constant watch by their own cameras. With service like this not sure why I would ever recommend or enjoy the food at...

Called in an order on 7/26 as the online order system didn't process. I had called an hour ahead with a precise pickup time of 6:15 pm so I could get the pizza on my dinner break. I arrived a few minutes after 6:15, and was told the order wasn't ready. I paid on my credit card, and after a few minutes asked for an update on the status of my order.

Only at this point was I told that whomever took the phone order had "forgotten" to make the pizza, and it was just being made now. I was told it would be ready "in a few minutes." As I work security, my employer is very particular about how long I can be away from my post. Fortunately another employee was able to cover for me, or I would have been docked more than the cost of the pizza. Had I been informed that my order was lost when I first arrived, I definitely would not have waited.

Please train your employees to inform customers of a mix-up like this BEFORE they're charged, so they have the option to wait or go elsewhere. Based on this experience, I highly doubt I'll return. Highly...
